As Brazilian design gains global recognition, it is important to note that the number of women is still below expectations. Thus, in honor of Women's Month, CASACOR highlighted 20 contemporary Brazilian designers whose innovative and creative contributions are gaining increasing visibility. These women are breaking barriers and redefining design standards , bringing new inspiration to the scene and elevating the quality of national design. Check them out below!

Alessandra Delgado


An architect for over 20 years, Alessandra Delgado is dedicated to furniture and object design. Her mission is to share the experience of passionate strokes, accessible design and functionality in 100% original projects.

Ana Neute


Ana Neute graduated in architecture from Escola da Cidade in São Paulo. In 2012, she founded her design studio , mainly developing original pieces. Currently, the professional works with furniture, lighting and objects in partnership with several brands in the Brazilian market.

Bia Rezende


Bia Rezende , who initially graduated in advertising, followed her passion for art and became a furniture designer . With a degree in furniture design from IED, and later specializing in art history, she presented her first authorial pieces in 2018. Thus, with several creations in her portfolio, Bia Rezende has a repertoire of furniture full of personality that do not go unnoticed by the public.

Carol Gay


Carol Gay , an architect and designer from São Paulo, is internationally recognized for her innovative approach to design, especially in blown glass. Her portfolio is not limited to decorative items, but also includes furniture and coverings , solidifying her presence in the market and contributing significantly to the history of Brazilian design.

Claudia Moreira Salles


Claudia Moreira Salles is a renowned national designer who graduated from the Escola Superior de Desenho Industrial in Rio de Janeiro. She stands out for her artisanal and original projects, especially in wood , collaborating with brands such as Nanni Movelaria, Etel Carmona, Casa 21, Firma Casa and Lumini. Internationally, she is represented by Espasso , in New York.

Daniela Ferro


Daniela Ferro , a designer born in São Paulo and based in Curitiba, graduated in product design from UFPR (1997) and specialized in furniture design, founding Asadesign Studio . Her integrated approach to innovation, connecting factories with consumers, uses market intelligence , trend observation and technical rigor.

Gabriela Campos (More Soul Studio)


Gabriela Campos , an architect from Rio de Janeiro , is recognized for her interior design and furniture design projects, characterized by pieces with shapes and colors inspired by Brazilian art, with a fun and contemporary approach, winning over more and more admirers.
With 25 years of experience as a designer, Larissa Diegoli values the ability of each piece to provoke sensory experiences and influence interpersonal interactions within an environment. For her, design has the power to suggest uses and transform relationships , which is its purpose and great responsibility.

Luisa Attab


Luisa Attab , an architect graduated from USP and post-graduated in furniture design from IED Madrid, finds inspiration in Brazilian concrete art and in her personal experiences. Her design style incorporates rhythm and movement into graphic forms, provoking a visual sensation through the subversion of precise geometry in an optical play.

Naomi Saga


Noemi Saga, founder of NOEMI SAGA ATELIER , has a degree in Literature, specializing in graphic design, interior design and jewelry design, as well as an MBA in Luxury Management from Essec, Paris. Her creations are inspired by art, history, trends and cultures , and her production combines technology and the reuse of materials.

Marta Manente


Marta Manente , of Italian descent, grew up in a family with a tradition of working with wood. Inspired by her carpenter father, she has accumulated over 20 years of experience in contemporary projects for the furniture sector. With a degree in Furniture Production Technology and a postgraduate degree in Product Design, she has also taught at international universities.

Patricia Anastassiadis


Patricia Anastassiadis , architect and product designer, founded the firm Anastassiadis Arquitetos in 1993 after graduating in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Recognized for her contemporary, sophisticated and poetic aesthetic , she has received invitations for projects in Brazil and abroad, standing out for her research and care in revealing the essence of the places where she works.

Rejane Carvalho Leite, Flávia Pagotti Silva and Camila Fix (Platform 4)


Rejane Carvalho Leite , Flávia Pagotti Silva and Camila Fix , recognized for their individual work as designers, joined their inspirations and knowledge to found Plataforma 4. Seeking to align ideas, add experiences and propose new approaches in design, the platform stands out as a space for collaboration and exchange , where each designer contributes with their specific skills to the creative process.

Renata Tavora (Studio Massa)


In 2013, Renata Távora left the financial market to study Design in Los Angeles. In 2015, she returned to Brazil and founded Studio Massa in 2017. The studio values the creation of furniture and objects that improve the quality of life , produced locally through collaborations and careful experiments.

Roberta Banqueri (Pontoeu)


Roberta Banqueri started out in Interior Design, expanding into Architecture and a postgraduate degree in Hotel Architecture. With 20 years of experience, she has developed a variety of projects and now dedicates herself to product design, exploring new creative possibilities.

Vivian and Erika Coser (Sette7)


Founded in 2015 by Vivian Coser and Erika Coser, Sette7 is a brand that combines timeless design with Brazilian raw materials. With over 20 years of experience, Vivian, an architect and designer from the Istituto Europeo di Design, teamed up with Erika, a Harvard-trained negotiation specialist, to create high-end minimalist pieces that prioritize functionality and quality.
