Concrete Room at
CASACOR Balneário Camboriú . The name comes from the appearance of the space, which before being designed by the duo, resembled a wooden box. concrete, located in a corner of the building that houses the exhibition. With 127
m2 , the space houses the living room and kitchen and is an invitation to enjoy the house, enjoy company and chat.
The ceiling and walls of the original construction were simply sanded, giving the project an industrial touch. Natural wood on some walls in the living room and kitchen warms up the hard presence of the concrete and porcelain tiles covering the floor. In the living area, The sofa, designed by architects Manzoni and Tapinassi, combined with the Almicar armchair, a tribute to the sculptor and artist Almicar de Castro, by the Mula Preta studio, creates a comfortable corner to spend time with loved ones for long periods.
The kitchen is another corner for entertaining. The counter allows seating on both sides. The fully equipped space can also be converted into a bar and tasting area.
