The kitchen is the smallest of the three designed apartments, since this would be the space that the resident would use the least.
“We opened the shower to give the apartment a visual break, which made it more sensual,” concludes Tulio.
The solution of closing the double height ceiling with a glass floor increased the useful area of the apartment and made the project even more modern.
The demand for a larger kitchen brought blue as the protagonist in the space. The TV was hidden behind the black glass on the wall and the old kitchen area gave way to the toilet .
The first steps of the staircase were cut to create a chest made of reclaimed wood.
Upstairs, the bed, office and bathroom were repositioned in a balanced way. “We made the bathroom similar to the first one, but with blue tiles, double height ceiling and glass,” says Túlio.

With a completely different result from the previous ones, another apartment was designed. The kitchen is one of the most notable points, as it was completely modified , becoming more spacious, sophisticated, with built-in appliances , a wet gutter to make washing dishes easier on a daily basis and a custom-made wine cellar together with the space's carpentry.
The staircase that was part of the apartment's original design was rebuilt in a completely different way in another location.
The coverings bring more sophistication to the environments, such as the bamboo floor, the hitan stone brick wall in the living room and the natural wood log countertop in the bathroom.
"We created an artificial vertical garden to bring greenery and warmth in contrast to the cosmopolitan coldness of finishes such as stainless steel and velvet," says Túlio.
