The focal point in interior design is one of the most important elements in planning a space, as it is what guides the eye and gives it identity. It is what immediately attracts attention , whether it is a colorful wall, a piece of furniture with a unique design or a striking light fixture. When chosen well, it brings life to the space without overloading it. In this sense, color is a powerful ally, capable of completely transforming a room and highlighting the best aspects of it. An armchair in a vibrant tone, for example, becomes the center of attention, just as a wall painted in a strong hue can change the entire atmosphere. The contrast between neutral colors and a bold touch of color creates this focal point, bringing new energy and personality to the room . The most interesting thing is that this technique works in any style of decoration . With this in mind, we selected five environments from the CASACOR Espírito Santo 2024 edition that use color as a special touch in different elements. Get inspired!
Romina Passos and Fabricia Nunes - Connection Space
01/05 -

The use of color in furniture is an effective strategy to highlight any environment. A vibrant sofa, like the one at Espaço Conexão , by architects Romina Passos and Fabricia Nunes , brings life to a more neutral decor, creating contrasts that attract the eye without compromising the harmony of the space.

Ana Brisa – Twins Suite
02/05 -

In the Twins Suite , by Ana Brisa , the same color of the panel covering the bedroom wall extends to the bed linen, creating visual unity and bringing a subtle touch of color.

Potira Manhães - Master Bedroom
03/05 -

In the Couple's Bedroom , where natural tones predominate, Potira Manhães decided to bring a touch of color on two occasions: in the closet, next to the couple's bed, in a shade of pink that blends into the composition; and on the carpet, a green that generates contrast and makes the entire composition even more interesting.

Rodrigo Dutra - Gallery.
04/05 -

The Gallery , by Rodrigo Dutra , opts for a base in neutral and essential tones, such as black and white, to give due prominence to the protagonists of the environment: the works of art.

Jacque Barros, Ana Forattini, Luiza Schwaun – Cafeteria
05/05 -

In the café designed by Jacque Barros, Ana Forattini and Luiza Schwaun , the touch of green on the walls is the transformative element. Instead of opting for a complete painting, they used green in a specific and strategic way, making it the highlight, demonstrating how small details can be enough to completely renew an environment.
