Neutral tones remain strong as protagonists of contemporary decoration — not simply because they are a trend, but because they offer versatility, elegance, and aesthetic longevity. Instead of being restricted to beige or pure white, they encompass a broad palette: from off-white to earthy tones, passing through soft grays, grayish greens, and light browns. At
CASACOR SC | Itapema 2025, this visual language gains depth and sophistication. Neutral tones appear in the projects of the exhibition as a base to enhance textures, explore soft contrasts, and create welcoming and functional atmospheres. From the living area to the kitchen, from the suite to the commercial point, neutrality is used as a powerful tool to create projects that balance comfort, contemporaneity, and identity.
Neutral tones in the living room
The living room is the space where the house opens up, welcomes, and represents those who live there. Therefore, neutral tones can be great allies in creating a balanced atmosphere, allowing textures, forms, and lights to take the spotlight.
Living Alquimia do Contraste – Ketlin Bueno
In this 75 m² space, black and white do not negate each other: they coexist in refined balance. Inspired by the elegance of Coco Chanel, the project presents classic
boiseries, marble, and gilded metals that dialogue with noble fabrics in black, white, and off-white. The result is a space that translates the true luxury: conscious, timeless, and sensory.
Praça Entre Raízes – Studio AMR
A contemplative space where the essential imposes itself quietly. With 100 m², Praça Entre Raízes uses wood, stone, and raw fabrics to create a contemporary refuge that values inner time. Neutral tones serve as a backdrop for a design that embraces introspection and contact with nature.
Neutral tones in the kitchen
If before the kitchen was the space of excess (of coatings, shines, and contrasts), today it assumes a calmer role. The neutral tones of CASACOR SC | Itapema 2025 help to create inviting and visually light integrated projects.
Gourmet Aurora Onírica – Art.entic Architecture
Aurora Onírica proposes a gourmet space of 100 m² where organic forms, natural materials, and technology meet in balance. Inspired by the trends of colors for 2025, the project evokes welcome and sensitivity, creating a scenario conducive to gathering, contemplation, and the sharing of affective experiences.
Inefável – Studio Cast Interiores Rafaela Pereira
In this 66 m² environment that integrates kitchen and living area, the depth of black supports fluid forms, noble materials, and indirect lighting. Neutrality is not absence but a subtle presence. The architecture proposes contemplation without giving up functionality and style.
Neutral tones for rest
In the bedroom and intimate sitting areas, neutral tones create the ideal base for deceleration rituals. Here, more than a trend, they are a well-being tool.
Suíte Alma – Casa Nord Arquitetos
With 56 m², this suite evokes the essential calm. Natural materials, clean design, and soft curves compose a silent and regenerating environment. The washed white, light wood, and green of the plants create a palette that invites introspection and inwardness.
Sala Cinema dos Sonhos – Samira Mussi Architecture
A space where visual and sensory rest is the protagonist. Light tones combined with purple create a kind of immersive capsule, where the light is carefully directed, and the senses elevated. With 67 m², the project merges technology with absolute comfort for watching a good movie.
Neutral tones in commercial spaces
The choice for neutral tones also extends to collective and commercial spaces. In them, the palette helps establish identity, functionality, and welcoming — especially in times of visual excess!
Studio Olhar Mediterrâneo – Leonardo Simões
The project of Ótica Gustavo Eyewear combines minimalist aesthetics and Mediterranean inspiration. With a predominance of white, beige, and natural materials, the space proposes lightness amid urban flow. The architecture shows that even in consumption spaces, it is possible to sow comfort and balance.
Bistrô CASACOR I Café + Restaurante – Ryberg Architecture
With a fluid layout and comfortable furniture, the bistro of the exhibition is an invitation to slowed-down living. Neutral tones prevail throughout the setup, creating unity between the café and restaurant sectors. The project mixes natural finishes, artworks, and textures that bring the space closer to a home experience.
