Since March 14, São Paulo has been witnessing a unique urban intervention: giant pieces of furniture scattered throughout the city . This initiative is part of DW! SP (March 14-24, 2024), the largest urban design festival in Brazil. Dubbed Circuito Gigantes do Design , the intervention seeks to change the urban landscape by inviting the public to a new perception of São Paulo . Conceived by Teto Casa and embraced by DW!, in partnership with C-CORE and EcoSimple, this action marks the launch of a new brand led by entrepreneur Sergio Fix.

More than two decades ago, Fix founded Teto – a furniture brand aimed at the young contemporary public . Now, after consolidating its presence in the corporate segment, the company returns to its roots with Teto Casa, promising furniture made to feel at home .
The birthplace of this new brand is Galeria Metrópole , a shopping center in the heart of the city that has been reborn after the pandemic, attracting creatives from a variety of segments. Fix plans to connect with this community by offering resources such as prototyping and 3D printing. In addition to this opening, Fix and his team are preparing to launch a full line of furniture during design week, along with a digital campaign that will make furniture available at affordable prices .

Teto Casa not only seeks to create furniture, but also to rethink sustainability in the design industry . Partnerships with companies committed to sustainable materials, such as EcoSimple and Reset, reflect this commitment.
