A place to meet, prepare and learn : the kitchen is certainly much more than just a place to eat! The kitchen has been gaining more and more prominence in interior design projects, as it is considered by many to be a place for conversation, flavors and the integration of family and friends. Therefore, keeping an eye on trends is always an important step when renovating this space.

Whether gourmet, single-wall, maximalist, with an island or colorful, the kitchen took center stage at CASACOR São Paulo 2023 and presented 8 different trends that have captivated visitors who have been there. Next, check out 8 kitchen decor trends for you to try in yours!

1. Single-wall kitchen

A wall that houses everything in one place: the sink, refrigerator, stove and cabinets. This is the concept of the one-wall kitchen! Great for use in small spaces , as it is a practical design for those who do not have a large apartment. The tip is to invest in a great carpentry project so that everything fits together in the best way possible.

2. Kitchen with island

A kitchen with an island is a typical American kitchen that is often integrated with other areas of the house . If you have a large kitchen space, try this trend that will always be present in your projects.

3. Maximalist cuisine

Fridge magnets, colorful dishes, cabinets full of details, rugs and lots of prints. This is the description of the maximalist kitchen designed by Studio Schier that caught the attention of visitors to CASACOR São Paulo 2023 and proved to be a creative and fun trend!

4. Wooden kitchen

How about opting for a wooden kitchen to bring coziness and warmth into your home? This was the trend that filled the space of Figueiredo Fischer Arquitetos for the São Paulo show. Highlights include the use of organic lines, light tones and decorative objects that complete the kitchen designed by the office.

5. Small kitchen

A small kitchen, but full of comfort, practicality and elegance. This was the challenge that Studio Costa Azevedo took on and executed with sophistication at CASACOR São Paulo . The kitchen, which is just a few square meters, has the essentials, but without leaving grace aside, after all, that is its charm: being small, beautiful and functional.

6. Kitchen with wine cellar

A kitchen with a wine cellar is the perfect project for wine lovers. Rio de Janeiro architect Paola Ribeiro presented a project that will enrich your eyes: an elegant kitchen with a wine cellar on top. The wood trend that the architect also used in the space is a highlight.

8. Colorful kitchen

A color that brings warmth to the environment was what the architects at Très Arquiteturas thought of when designing this colorful kitchen for the São Paulo exhibition.
