Technology adds to the experience of 7 environments at CASACOR Minas

Those looking for practicality and modernity have probably already considered home automation when planning their home. And contrary to what many believe, having control of your home or office in the palm of your hand is much more than a trend – it is already a reality in many people's lives . Controlling lights, watering plants and even the temperature of the water in the shower is just a command away, ensuring practicality, comfort, safety and precision in people's lives. And all of this can be seen at CASACOR Minas Gerais 2022 , where seven environments bring technology and innovative products from Tecai, a company specialized in residential and corporate solutions that completes six participations in the show. Check out which ones they are! In the Sala da Casa environment, at Estúdio Sala , the projection mapped onto the wall is automated, which keeps the environment pleasant and clean to the eyes. Using an application installed on smartphones or a remote control, it is possible to activate memorized scenes that transform the entire functionality of the environment. At Studio Namata , by architect Janaína Araújo , sound systems with speakers on the ceiling and walls make the entire open concept of the space convey charm and tranquility. As a smart solution, the loft also features image projection made by a state-of-the-art equipment, producing an innovative effect. At Espaço Áurea , designed by newcomer Julia Faria , the proposal was to integrate the entire space with speakers installed among the foliage of the gardens. At The Bar , designed by architect Lucas Lage, the attention is drawn to the LED tubes in the pool area. “The LEDs are an attraction in themselves. They draw attention with their lights synchronized with the ambient sound, an impressive technology,” highlights the architect. In addition, all the sound in the main hall was provided by speakers hanging from the tree.

In the restaurant “ O Chef e o Cabra ”, designed by architect Sarah James , the speakers were completely blended into the landscape. At Studio Fórmica , by architects Assis Humberto and Marcus Vinicius, from Studio Arquitetônico , the lounge and functional kitchen were equipped with different speakers. “We developed an environment to enhance the five senses. Our soundtrack was created to awaken feelings of well-being -being and tranquility for visitors who are welcomed on a garden walkway, with sound designed to be hidden in the vegetation , as well as in the event kitchen, where the speakers are hidden for an immersive and contemplative experience in the environment”, explains Assis Humberto.
