Studio Kaza Arquitetura , guided by the vision of architects
Jackson Zacharias and
Evelyn Gruber , presents Morada Oásis – a 68 m² urban loft that integrates elements of nature in a unique and striking way, with touches of the poetic essence of
wabi-sabi in
contemporary decor. The space is an invitation to well-being and coexistence, featuring deep green tones combined with neutral tones that symbolize life. Natural wood furniture, designed by the architects themselves, moves away from the traditional rectilinear aesthetic, bringing originality and enhancing the beauty of natural materials . Jackson Zacharias highlights: "We seek originality, above all. To enhance the beauty of natural materials and bring their pure identity to the other elements." In the
living room , the architects highlighted exclusive furniture and lamps with their own design, such as the Lua pendant and the Anjo lampshade. The fireplace built into the wall, with its minimalist design, optimizes the space, while the desk in natural oak veneer with leather details, the tea trolley and the organic dining table, also in natural veneer, reinforce the connection with nature through the woody tones.
Biophilia is an essential element in this space, which features natural plants strategically placed throughout the space. At the entrance to the loft, a beautiful olive tree and a water fountain bring calm and elegance to the space. (Fábio Jr. Severo/CASACOR)
The carpentry also stands out in the gourmet kitchen, with the Tangará Berneck pattern and countertops in green Maragogi quartzite extracted in Bahia, forming an impressive composition. (Fábio Jr. Severo/CASACOR)
The loft's lighting design received special attention, with stage and spot lighting that highlights the artwork. Evelyn Gruber comments: "We chose to bring in very special pieces, so we illuminated the space based on the artwork." (Fábio Jr. Severo/CASACOR)
This space created by Evelyn and Jackson not only stands out for its originality, but also for exuding a sense of tranquility, of freezing time in the midst of the hectic daily routine. The harmonious combination of natural materials and carefully chosen colors brings vitality and contemporaneity to this loft, redefining the urban routine and transforming the home into a true oasis to enjoy time more calmly.
