Located in the Itaim Bibi neighborhood of São Paulo, this
200 m² apartment immediately catches the eye with its striking color combination and the casual
art on the wall . The project was led by architects Fabiana Silveira and Patrícia de Palma from
SP Estúdio, a confirmed office for CASACOR São Paulo 2021 , they had already worked on another property belonging to the same clients, and given their satisfaction with the result, they stepped in again for this
inviting apartment full of personality .

The previous project was completely divided into sectors – a feature that the architects soon abandoned. To
make better use of the total area , they did away with the walls and created
integrated spaces between the kitchen and the living room. They also decided to open up one of the bedrooms to create more space.

Technology also entered the scene and everything was automated – to do this, the experts replaced all the coverings and electrical points. In addition, the duo also inserted a

The kitchen has a
large counter for cooking and shelves with hanging plants, which bring natural energy and the vigor of green to the project – which has a predominantly industrial décor and needed to balance its elements.

The resident had a specific wish: to have
absolute silence in the couple's bedroom . To achieve this, the architects used a soundproof box with lining on the walls, doors and frames with total
acoustic insulation .

The striking color palette appeared in all the rooms, both in the upholstery and in the fabrics. In the central part of the living area, a wall art with abstract figures runs throughout the space, bringing sophistication to the composition. The exclusive design was created by the artist plastic artist Kaju Kalina Juzwiak , who met with the client and created a special art, which starts on the wall and invades the ceiling. A blue countertop was the perfect addition to the
home office . With
contrasting colors that stand out against the burnt cement wall , the architects incorporated a large painting on the floor – a surprising alternative for large spaces that, as a bonus,
doesn’t damage the walls. with holes .
