04/06 - The rustic aspect that the stone walls bring to the composition does not conflict with the automation technology that runs through all its spaces. The large decorative panel at the back of the scene is a highlight, also serving double function as a cabinet. (Alberto Medeiros)

05/06 - A project by Cecília Sales and Flávia Furtado, managing partners at Trenna Arquitetura, the Influencer's Loft brings the colors of leaves to the interior with an urban jungle, which enhances the composition and gives it a natural atmosphere. (Alberto Medeiros)

06/06 - Wood is the favorite texture in the loft, appearing as the covering on the largest wall in the room. A large modular sofa divides the room with the suspended shelf, which gives geometry to the decor. (Alberto Medeiros)

It is no longer possible to think about design without good technology support. There are many methods that enable the inclusion of technology in home decoration, as a resource that combines comfort and practicality in everyday life. Among the 31 environments at CASACOR Rio Grande do Norte , three stand out for bringing technology as a central element of the compositions: the HW Automação Studio, the Varanda das Dunas and the Influencer Loft. HW Automação Studio ’s motivation is clearly technological. The space is designed by architects Bernardo Morais and Roberto Rocha , who sought to surprise the visitor even as they left the exhibition with an interesting and unusual design inside a container. All the technological artifacts with which the environment was equipped serve an idealized young guitarist, who uses the space to study music. To this end, it has remarkable acoustics, which allow complete isolation from the external environment and sound worthy of a cinema. Automation devices flank the sustainable concern, which covered the environment with solar panels. The technology also runs throughout Varanda das Dunas , a gourmet space that integrates a dining room, home theater, balcony and kitchen. Project by debutant architect at the exhibition Renata Matos , the environment features the automation of gas burners attached to the countertop and induction chargers for smartphones.
For the Influencer Loft , architects Cecília Sales and Flávia Furtado thought about portraying the rise of a young woman in the digital world and the natural maturation she is going through through shades of gray and black. Wood is the material chosen to warm the walls of the space, its panels tracing a visual line that integrates all environments. The loft is compact, bringing the comfort of a large modular sofa to the center of the room and the tranquility of natural foliage in an urban jungle. Technology appears to bring practicality, combine art with organic beauty and meet the needs of a prominent personality on the internet. CASACOR Rio Grande do Norte 2019 When?
