Ana Moura Ana Higino Architecture - Living Travessias. CASACOR Pernambuco 2022 Project. (MCA Estúdio/)
/14 - Ana Moura Ana Higino Arquitetura - Living Travessias. Concepts such as boldness, peace and tranquility permeate the environment designed by architects Ana Moura and Ana Higino. With the predominance of white, the fluidity of shapes and an invitation to comfort, the environment leads to a dive into the creative universe of visual artists, designers and the particular infinity of two professionals. (MCA Estúdio)
/14 - Poligonus Arquitetura - Almar Moura Dubeux Studio. A project that inspires a break. A fluid, spacious beach studio with integrated spaces. Sand tones and diverse textures remind us of touch, sensory experience, a dive into the soul and the sea. The project brings the ambiance of the beach to the iconic Chanteclair building, promoting an escape from the urban rhythm to immerse ourselves in the softness of coastal life, its elements and organic forms. (MCA Estúdio)
/14 - Cecília Lemos Arquitetura - Sala Prosa. The project expresses regionalism and cultural traits, uniting the history of the Chanteclair building with artistic expressions from Pernambuco. It is a meeting place, an exchange of emotions, and was designed to have an atmosphere in which music and art are involved in a true symbiosis. The doors invite us to go back in time, just as the project invites us to return to our roots. Squares of wood and cork refer to the adobe houses, together with the black and white checkered floor, referring to the dance floors used in the golden age of the Chanteclair. (MCA Estúdio)
/14 - Module Four arq+design - Casa Serena. The project is an invitation to connect with the inner world, to well-being and tranquility, and seeks to highlight the prominence of neutral tones, imprinting doses of calm and relaxation. The organic contours and the use of natural materials make the eyes dance, following the sinuosity (MCA Estúdio)
/14 - LM Arquitetura - Cosentino Experience. The integrated apartment brings together the beauty and sophistication of Dekton ® with the delicacy of femininity, in a proposal built only by women. With the professionals' eye, the ultra-compact surface comes to life in the room's coverings and countertops. On the floor, inspired by the iridescent glass from the Milan fair, the Dekton® Zenith shade brings the beauty of Nordic white with a clear finish, which can be harmonized with any type of style and decoration. (MCA Estúdio)
/14 - Marabuco Arquitetos - Casa Vírgula. The project is an urban pause, where practicality and comfort coexist. The pulse of everyday life is reflected in the organic shapes, the contrast of colors and the art of clay: drops of the essences of life. The integration of the new and the old in this space translates the reverence for ancestry intertwined with the modern lifestyle. (MCA Estúdio)
/14 - Dubeux Vasconcelos Arquitetura - Oculum Deca. An oculum is any instrument made up of lenses that aids vision. The Oculum Deca has a large transparent window on the ceiling, which will allow visitors to observe the untouched part of the Chanteclair building, taking people back to the memories of the historic building and connecting the past with the present. All the design, sophistication and technology of Deca products is connected in a fluid layout with living, dining and spa areas, providing visitors with a unique experience. (MCA Estúdio)
/14 - Fábrica Arquitetura - Espaço Despertar Duratex. Awakening is coming out of a state of torpor. It's feeling, living and being. In the iconic and emblematic interior of the Chanteclair building, the light, feelings and sensations of the emotions experienced here are highlighted. In a place that was once a home, the scene of big parties, restaurants and bars and that was once a boarding house and even a brothel, the event inevitably takes us back to the past, but also shines an intense light towards the future. (MCA Estúdio)
/14 - Marylia Nogueira Arquitetura - Lounge Lobby. The project pays homage to Chanteclair, its history and functions over more than a century. The space has a welcoming ambiance. It was designed to welcome and take the public on an experience that respects what was once there, but with a focus on the contemporary. Wood and marble textures serve as a backdrop that embraces the design, creating a cozy space to gather friends in comfort and with technology. (MCA Estúdio)
/14 - Ana Cristina Cunha - Home Copergás. The sensory stimulus of light and shadow defines this project. The search is for infinity, considered by the professional as something incalculable, immeasurable and particular. The predominance of black brings a dramatic appeal associated with elegance, mystery and strength. In contrast, beige appears, conveying calm and passivity. It is a home cinema integrated into the table area with a contemporary look, with a deck overlooking the outdoor area of the historic Chanteclair building. (MCA Estúdio)
/14 - Vitru Arquitetos - Solar Loft. The first traces came from the windows, or rather, from the light that passes through them and naturally illuminates the environment. This light, which appears and disappears, is preserved in the welcoming lighting, in the choice of materials, textures and tones that range from raw, through pastels, to warm, in a subtle and elegant way. The space is an invitation to belonging, the intention is to make the visitor feel at home, as it is there that we connect to our interior, to the most intimate private infinity. (MCA Estúdio)
/14 - Nejaim Azevedo Arquitetos Associados - Ataraxia Lounge Gourmet. Ataraxia is a word that defines the search for serenity, tranquility, calm. The space brings back primitive and simple feelings, an intimate lounge, where welcoming friends and family becomes more than a simple meeting. The centralized kitchen is the stage where life is spent cleanly with lots of conversation, aromas and flavors. All of this associated with textures, wood and fibers and a neutral color palette. (MCA Estúdio)
/14 - Camila Bittencourt Architecture - Chez Amour. The project is a space that tells love stories. The inspiration came from the old boarding houses and brothels that operated on the first floor of the Chanteclair. The idea of the space is to involve the visitor in this atmosphere that recalls the imagination of what Chanteclair would be like in the past. To achieve this, we took advantage of the ceiling height and part of the original walls of the space, allowing it to be admired in its originality and history, provoking the visitor to reflect on the ephemerality of things, loves, and life. (MCA Estúdio)
/14 - Romero Duarte and Architects - Living Coral. Every Recife resident appreciates downtown Recife, a landmark of cultural identity, framed by the Parque das Esculturas, a legacy of Francisco Brennand. The space is a tribute to him: sculptor, artist, ceramist and great contributor to the formation of the “being of Pernambuco”. From the polychrome of his universe to the essence of Coral paints, there are also nuances of the tones present in his works throughout the lounge. (MCA Estúdio)
