The living room is the heart of the home : it is where guests are welcomed, where good conversations take place and, above all, where unforgettable moments are written. In times of pandemic, the function of the living room may have changed, but its essence remains the same. This is what the 12 living rooms of CASACOR Goiás 2021 say. On the one hand, the vocation of receiving is maintained and priority is given to social areas , comfortable upholstery and sensorial decoration. On the other hand, living rooms gain more functionality , appearing integrated with other environments, such as the kitchen and the dining room. dinner, with a proposal to optimize the spaces necessary for a period of greater seclusion at home. Ana Maria Miller and Tainá Tôrres - The Sun and Lounge The Sun. This 421 m² house is a place of affection and memories, of meetings. Therefore, its concept favors greater interaction between residents and features the large living room made up of several sofas and armchairs arranged in a circle to promote chat.

Thayssa Guerra - Businesswoman's Studio. The focus of this 60 m² space is to bring into the home what is experienced outside, such as contact with nature. To achieve this, the architect chose the Japandi style, mixing earthy tones with the green foliage of the plants and using cement flooring to propose a connection with the outside.

Natalia Veloso - Origami Loft. Inspired by minimalist Japanese architecture, the 90 m² space combines noble and timeless materials and contemporary furniture with pieces signed by designer Jader Almeida. A 7.5 m suspended bookcase is the main protagonist.

William Hanna - Casa Oggi. The design of this space is based on the idea that excessive glamour should be replaced by a more homely identity, made for real people. Fabíola Naoum and Wilker Godoi - Casa da Mata. Following the concept of a modern country house, the project was born from the rescue and appreciation of rural origins. Aimed at those interested in having a second home, the space invites you to review your consumption habits and dedicate time to yourself.

Nando Nunes - Casa Cinza Cerrado. The rebirth of the cerrado after each new period of fire served as inspiration for this environment. This 114 m² loft represents a space where residents can be reborn and enjoy their free time, connecting with themselves, with others and with the things that are good for them.

Lucas Machado - Conviviality. Inspired by public squares, this 190 m² area aims to connect people with each other and with nature. Following the principles of biophilic design, the project rescues natural environments and brings them to man-made spaces, connecting greenery to construction.

Meire Santos - Living Art. The 116 m² project is special for the professional: the space pays homage to 15 of her clients from 2020, who represent all the clients the designer has had in her career. Each of the honorees received a work that depicts a photo - including canvases, engravings or pieces of art.

Doriselma Mariotto - Loft Trajetória 20. Veteran of CASACOR Goiás, the interior designer returns to the exhibition with a 235m² loft, a timeless and contemporary space. Aimed at people who appreciate living well, with elegance and comfort, the environment does not follow trends and stands out for its natural materials such as stone and wood.

With 175 m², this house is a refuge in the midst of urban chaos: the light colors, the natural texture of the walls and the rusticity of the stone combined with the ostentatious presence of greenery in the space's vases create a welcoming and calming environment.

Mariana Mendonça and Shoraya Canedo - Casa de Raiz. The 120 m² project proposes a recovery of memories of moments lived in family homes during childhood. The stone floor reminds us of old homes and the painted walls that look worn over time remind us of the timelessness of a mother's house.
