The renovation project for this 220 m² apartment in Fortaleza (CE) carried out by architect
Romário Rodrigues – from the
CASACOR SP 2024 cast – focused on creating contemporary and welcoming environments for the young couple. The use of
neutral colors , such as the
gray of burnt cement ,
white and
wood tones , contributed to this feeling of comfort and modernity.

The apartment's social area, which includes the living
room , dining room and balcony, was designed to welcome both family and friends. The living room has a low sofa by
Estúdio Bola , which provides comfort and also allows you to enjoy the view from the balcony.

The integration between the
balcony and the barbecue area provides a pleasant space for meetings and gatherings, with emphasis on the
dining table that seats six to seven people. (Felipe Petrovsky/CASACOR)

The
palette of neutral and elegant tones is punctuated by strategically placed pops of color throughout the project, such as the rug designed by the architecture firm and the buffet in the entrance hall.

In the master
suite , the color palette follows the same nuances as the social area, with an emphasis on gray, leather and wood. In addition, a work desk was integrated into the space, equipped with the "skeleton" chair by Brazilian designer
Pedro Franco .
