“For many editions of
CASACOR I have focused on the materialization of this act, the encounter”, reveals architect Juliana Pippi, before going into details about her second space at
CASACOR São Paulo . In 2019 she designed the
Dining Room [Co. Dining] , 45m², with a narrative designed based on the gestures of welcoming. “The environment reflects all the gestures of this scene, the details in textures, aromas, sounds, tastes. It is almost like a defense of what is important for the days, to maintain the freshness of the house, of the relationships that are established there, the vibrations that transit”, he says.
(Denilson Machado)
With this subjective perspective, Juliana Pippi added the prefix “co” to the name of the space, emphasizing the intention of sharing. This word even guides the design of the We Share table, 4.20 m long, designed by the architect especially for celebrate. “She is the main connecting element and the guiding thread of this project. The dining room activities are carried out from her,” he highlights.
Ele traz desenhos do ilustrador convidado Fábio Dudas. (Denilson Machado)
The choice of furniture is an attraction in itself and brings together several important names in Brazilian design. Claudia Moreira Salles, Sérgio Rodrigues, Gustavo Bittencourt, Jader Almeida and Bruno Rangel are present. There are also several antique pieces, such as a French chest and another Portuguese, from 1900.

The curation of artworks is also relevant in Juliana Pippi's project, with works by Eduardo Haesbaert, Aline Sancovsky, Shirley Paes Leme, Marlene Stamm, Renato Castanhari, Sérgio Pinzon, H Savas and Vera Martins.
(Denilson Machado)

The Lucio Costa chairs are among the highlights, designed by Sérgio Rodrigues. In the background, the Stand By mantelpiece, by Claudia Moreira Salles.
