1. Earthy and golden tones
In addition to
classic New Year colors – such as white and silver –, how about opting for
earthy tones, wood and gold , a color palette that goes beyond the obvious? This is the rising
trend that
Claudia Pixu observed.
"This year I saw a lot of
wood, neutral colors and of course
white , which never goes out of style. But I would make a table with
gold and
earthy colors . I think it's chic and it's on trend", he advises.

2. Bet on candles
Elegant and easy to find, candles
are always welcome when setting up a table, after all, you can arrange them in
different ways: scattered around the house, table arrangement or inside decorative cages.
"In the New Year, I wouldn't do without candles! Wherever you are, candles
are easy to find – even if they're the simple ones from the supermarket, just adding a touch makes it a
luxury ", says Pixu.

"For example, placing them in
low glasses ,
spreading them around the house and in the
center of the table , or filling this glass with lentils (which is good luck). I love using greenery and
foliage to complete this centerpiece", explains the expert.
3. Fill the table with flowers
Indispensable on any occasion – even more so during the New Year – flowers speak for themselves and, often,
they don't even need many decorations to look perfect in the
decoration . For the expert,
white and green flowers , eucalyptus, anthurium leaves, ruscos, melindre are the perfect species of flowers to
bet on with your eyes closed on your New Year's Eve table!
