Brasserie des Pres is located in
Paris's Latin Quarter , which was a hub of creativity throughout the 19th and 20th centuries, with its cafés filled with prominent
artists, publishers and writers , including Ernest Hemingway and Jean-Paul Sartre. “Brasserie des Pres has a
very original floor impression and we used the
existing architecture to create layers of dining experiences,” says the studio.
