Among the projects that best translate this proposal is also the Essential Refuge, signed by Grazielly Costa and Karina Knorr. The project breaks with the traditional idea of bathrooms as exclusively utilitarian places and transforms them into areas dedicated to welcoming and emotional balance.

The concept starts from the perception that well-being is built in the small moments of daily life. Therefore, every detail was designed to awaken comfort and permanence. The materiality combines natural stone, wood, metalwork, and surfaces with a Velvet finish, creating an atmosphere that balances rusticity and sophistication.

The stone takes on a leading role in the composition, while the wood adds warmth and a sense of closeness. The wooden muxarabi creates delicate transitions between the projects, promoting privacy and producing light and shadow effects that expand visual depth.

The sensory experience is enhanced by aromatization with lemongrass notes and by indirect lighting, which highlights textures and volumes. Technology appears intuitively, with presence sensors, light automation, and doors with automatic opening, reinforcing comfort and accessibility.

Landscaping that connects reason and emotion

In the outdoor area, architect and landscaper Efraim Pacheco presents the Consciousness Lounge. The project translates the theme of the show through the integration between architecture, landscaping, and outdoor experiences.

The project is organized around two symbolic elements. The pool represents the heart, bringing references to passion, energy, and the universe of wine. In contrast, the Lounge Bar symbolizes the mind, with a light, clear, and contemplative atmosphere.

Between these two poles, the vegetation establishes visual and sensory connections, guiding the paths and creating a fluid experience. Roman travertine, wood, natural stone, glass, and water form a material palette that prioritizes authenticity and comfort.

In addition to the aesthetic aspect, the project incorporates sustainable strategies, such as the appreciation of cross ventilation, use of natural lighting, and use of vegetation as a thermal regulator. The experience is complemented by automation systems for lighting and sound, capable of creating different scenarios throughout the day.

Luxury reinterpreted through well-being

The Refúgio Suite presents a contemporary reading of luxury, based less on ostentation and more on the quality of the experience provided to the user. The space was conceived as a place of welcoming, contemplation, and emotional restoration. Soft shapes, indirect lighting, and natural materials create a serene atmosphere, reinforced by the ample scenic landscape integrated into the suite.

One of the most symbolic aspects of the project is the absence of a television. The decision seeks to encourage silence, presence, and contemplation, in contrast to the excess of information that defines contemporary life.

Another highlight is the large custom-designed headboard. With an enveloping design, it acts as an architectural gesture of welcoming, embracing the bed area and reinforcing the sense of protection and comfort.

The architecture of the essential

Mariana Maïsonnave presents Âmago House, a project that proposes an architecture centered on the essence of living. The project integrates the living room, bedroom, and bathroom into a continuous narrative, eliminating physical barriers and allowing the spaces to connect naturally. The proposal arises from the contemporary need to slow down and create projects that prioritize presence, introspection, and emotional connection.

Materiality plays a central role. Egyptian stone, travertine, Tauari wood, mineral mosaics, raw stone, and natural fabrics such as linen were selected for their authenticity and ability to awaken tactile and visual sensations.

Sustainability appears seamlessly integrated into the concept. One of the highlights is the signature Vestígios collection, developed especially for the show. The shelving unit and coffee tables were produced from the waste of the Egyptian stone used to clad the living room, transforming discarded material into pieces filled with meaning and identity.

Brazilian identity and warmth

The Loft Acalento, designed by Augen Arquitetura e Engenharia, closes this sensory journey with a contemporary interpretation of Brazilian identity.

The composition uses cherry-toned woods, travertine, and a strong presence of biophilia to create a project capable of awakening affective memories and promoting emotional comfort. Soft lighting and neutral tones reinforce the atmosphere of tranquility and warmth.

The integration between work, living, resting, and reception areas reflects the transformations of contemporary living, in which projects must serve multiple functions without losing identity and comfort.

More than a residential space, Loft Acalento proposes a therapeutic architecture, capable of stimulating positive emotions, promoting well-being, and strengthening people's relationship with the projects they inhabit.
