From the lack of open spaces to the imperative of seeking a better quality of life - reflections of the period of confinement - the inspiration for the Natural Refuge was born, an environment designed by Isabel Brant and Gabriel Souza, from Mutabile Arquitetura, for Janelas CASACOR Minas Gerais edition.
Framed by a wooden deck, the space creates a water mirror using different sizes of mirrors, giving a sense of depth and, even when viewed from a distance, the impression of a lake.
The landscaping, designed by André Orsini, reinforces the word "refuge", since the presence of plants in the space, in addition to being a beautiful decoration, helps to reduce mental fatigue and stress, making it an ideal environment for shelter. and balance.
Highlighting the colorful panel by artists Altino Caldeira and Helena Campos, which reflects the search for a better quality of life. The scenic Garimpo lamp, inspired by a pan, is part of the punctual lighting with cylindrical spotlights.
The geometric plaster ceiling gains visibility in the space. Among special objects, the emphasis is on the pieces signed by Faktura Design, a parallel project of the architects.
