Intown Arquitetura is the winner of the poll that elected the best loft at CASACOR São Paulo 2022. The website's readers voted and the Raízes project, designed by the duo Alexandre Gedeon and Hugo Schwartz , won the title of favorite loft with 45.37% of the votes. The project brings to this year's show some of the office's experience in creating temporary housing , a market that has seen exponential growth during the pandemic due to the search for isolation.
