Small sizes combine perfectly with the
minimalist philosophy, in which everything necessary is available, but without exaggeration so as not to overload the decoration. It was with this in mind that, when renovating a
55 m² loft , the architecture studio
Buro5 opted for a combination
clean to improve the breadth of
integrated environments .

The loft is located on the 24th floor of a
building near the Vodnyj Stadium in
Moscow . To take advantage of the view, the architects opted for five
glass windows to light up the space and create a comfortable space for residents to enjoy the outdoors.
The living room features an
off-white sofa and plants to bring lightness. The large windows help to bring natural light into the space. In addition, the architects included blinds to make the space more intimate.

The
kitchen has a central marble island to divide the space and provide more privacy when cooking – in addition to all the practicality that this element offers to the kitchen.

The kitchen also has a large window to brighten the space. And the architects opted for shelves to incorporate plants into the kitchen decor - which made the space much more harmonious and natural.
