01/05 - The luxury of the 1920s was the inspiration for Luiza Fortkamp and Hebert Evaristo in the bookstore. The glamorous atmosphere of jazz reigns supreme. That's why they chose a classic black and white pattern for the floor. (Lio Simas)
02/05 - In the Living and Dining Room, by Fernando Luiz Dal Bosco, the patterns are discreet in an elegant combination: lines of the slatted wood on the wall, in the weave of the fabric or in the black graphics in the corner of the floor. (Lio Simas)
03/05 - In the form of paintings above the sofa, there are the geometrisms of Casa Carbono, designed by Pedro Tessarollo and Jairo Lopes. The lines and contrast between black and white give a special touch to the black wall in the space. (Mariana Boro)
04/05 - Professionals Linda Martins and Cris Araújo opted for minimalism in the Danish Kitchen. The small squares on the floor are a touch of simple delicacy, without excess, yet elegant. (Lio Simas)
05/05 - What guided professional Juliana Marodin in the Happy End Room was a healthier lifestyle. The geometric shapes and textures of the carpet and wall are a contrast to the organic nature of the other materials used. (Lio Simas)
Few resources are as elegant in decoration as the use of geometric patterns. The repetition of shapes, lines or graphics creates intriguing visual effects and breaks up the monotony of the gaze. It is no wonder that several ancient cultures used patterns in their rituals and in their art.
At the first edition of CASCOR Itapema 2018 , several professionals used geometric patterns to give personality to walls and floors. Whether in the classic black and white decor of the Livraria de Luiza Fortkamp and Hebert Evaristo or in the understated elegance of the tiles at Cozinha Dinamarquesa , designed by Linda Martins and Cris Araújo, geometric patterns left their mark!
