CASACOR Paraná 2016. Pet in Container - Josélia Pereira and Maurete Schumacher. The 150 m² space houses a veterinary clinic and individualized, monitored bathing/grooming for animals. The upper floor houses the bistro, the concept store and the gallery. The project was implemented more quickly with the use of the container, which also provides mobility in case of a change of address. Some details make the result more charming, such as the polyurethane coverings, as well as the deck and boards of the gabion walls.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2016. Prefabricated House, by Bruno Campos, Marcelo Fontes and Silvio Todeschi (BCMF Arquitetos). The challenge of creating a good impression regarding prefabricated houses was met in this high-end construction. With 230m2 and a single floor, it was structured in eight modules, completed by other components according to the orientation of the land. A linear sequence organizes the spaces, interspersed with mini-patios, connecting three suites, TV room, living room, dining room, kitchen, service area, lavatory, office, swimming pool and garage for four cars.
