The African Embassy donated original pieces from the continent to the Goiana Exhibition Restaurant

“Africa is very happy, the cerrado is the Brazilian savannah”, declare Pedro Paulo do Rêgo Luna and Thiago Siquieroli, professionals responsible for the CASA COR Goiás 2016 Restaurant project, which will be inspired by the African continent.
To this end, the duo managed to get the African embassy to provide original pieces from the continent to enrich and characterize the place. To complement this, the Winiká Restaurant , which will run the space, promises a typical menu from the region, with highlights including cured steak with rice. country; slow-cooked lamb with roasted vegetables; barley risotto; roasted vegetables and brown curd cheese; duck rice, among others.
