Três Arquitetura - Arco Pavilion. The project by architects Luciano Pena and Vinícius Alano integrates several spaces in 170 m², in a building constructed based on dialogue with the stadium's architecture. Huge skylights allow the concrete slab to be seen and bathe the space in natural light. An internal garden offers visual contact with vegetation from any point of view, and a bookcase made of wood and large slabs of green granite adds layers of natural textures to the space.

CASACOR Brasília once again welcomes the Três Arquitetura office, guided by the talented architects Vinicius Alano and Luciano Pena. This year, the 170 m 2 space called " Arco Pavilion " challenges the traditional conventions of residential architecture by combining innovation, art and sustainability in one place . Entering this architect-designed space is like embarking on a journey of discovery. “We hope that visitors discover our space little by little . We have a wooden foreground that does not allow us to have a complete view of the space, so as the person walks through the space they will be surprised and discover every corner. One of these surprises will be viewing our skylights , as people enter through a lower ceiling height, then arrive at a higher ceiling height and have contact with these skylights that have an incredible view of the stadium pillars”, he revealed. the architect Luciano Pena.

The natural light , which penetrates through the large skylights, bathes the space in a delicate way, while the natural elements , such as wood and green granite, bring a feeling of welcome and connection with nature. The use of wood in the joinery and lining contrasts with the concrete elements, such as the floor and the original pillars of the stadium. The chosen furniture includes linen sofas, armchairs in earthy tones and side tables that mix stone and metal, creating an ideal setting for meetings and events.

The works of art in clay, produced by the skilled hands of artisans at the Instituto Maria do Barro, in Planaltina, are a tribute to the cultural richness of the region . These pieces, with their organic shapes and rustic finish, not only adorn the space, but also tell stories of tradition and identity.
