Wooden panels add charm to the spaces at CASACOR Mato Grosso

Timeless, wood panels are a safe choice when the goal is to warm up and give a cozy feel to the living room. Depending on the type of wood, the panel can help to close or open up the space, brightening the décor or creating a sober atmosphere for introspection. Their versatile nature ensures that wood panels are always preferred over other types of coverings. From this point on, the professionals at CASACOR Mato Grosso did not hesitate to use this material for their living rooms – whether in a sculptural form, as a hollow partition, or in its classic function, to cover the back of the sofa or television, wooden panels made an appearance on five occasions at this year's show. In Living Bossa Nova, architect Ana Carolina Gori decided to warm up and unite the double-height space with mezzanine using the Lâmina Natural Pau Ferro panel, by Dell Anno. “I wanted to bring a combination of comfort, practicality and design . In addition to exclusive coverings and furniture, the space has sound and lighting control technology that integrates with the architecture”, explains Ana Carolina. In the Family Room, Erika Queiroz covered the room with panels of another noble wood – Natural Veneer Cathedral Walnut, also from Dell Anno, in a more matte texture. “The project was designed to represent this cozy space , where sophistication and comfort are pillars for moments of relaxation with family and friends,” describes Erika.

The Audi Space turns the garage into a real home through the massive use of wood , which shapes the floor, covers the walls, houses the wine cellar and also a large niched bookcase. The dark tone gives a sophisticated atmosphere and allows the wood to act as a common thread throughout the composition. In the ticket office, just behind the large reception sofa, there is a creative wooden panel with sharp curves and moldings to protect the interior. In the project, Chrystian Marques and Leônidas Fabiolli sought to create a sense of fluidity and connection with nature through materials such as wood and stone.
