Living PORMADE - Léo Shehtman. In its debut at CASACOR Paraná, it presents a 72 m² space to celebrate life and provoke the imagination. Dense tones and accentuated graphics guide the space, which has a lean color palette, with nuances between black and white. This is only broken up by specific pieces, such as a sofa, cushions and works of art. The protagonist is the wallpaper of aged drawers.

Dining Room - Kátia Herzog. Classic Parisian style gets a contemporary twist in these 32 m². Off-white was the main tone chosen, while the wooden floor brings warmth to the space. Several pieces of furniture were designed by the professional, such as the sideboard. The chairs were upholstered in recycled leather and eco-friendly fabric, which is stain-resistant and liquid-repellent. The translucent stone highlights the symmetry of the bookshelf - another classic feature.

Auditorium, Lounge, Home - Luize Andreazza Bussi. Measuring 50 m², the auditorium for lectures and meetings proposes the use of sustainable materials and takes into account the new ways of living of the new generations. The project appropriated beams, walls and slabs, taking advantage of these elements and giving them a new look, with the use of colors. The straight lines and curves also allude to the architecture of Bauhaus and Oscar Niemeyer.

Gourmets Club - Carolina Rousseau and Denise Bazzo. Cooking and socializing are two pleasures combined in this 105 m² space. It includes a gourmet area, dining room and living room. Earthy and champagne tones alternate, while copper is present in the details. Marble is the standout element, present on the walls and on the generous island. A wooden table was fitted into it, creating a perfect place for meals.

She focuses on a clean layout and finishes such as marble, vinyl flooring and MDF panels, as well as custom-made furniture. All to bring functionality to the space that integrates a rest area, study, closet and bathroom.

Home Theater Space and Wine Bar - Ary Jacobs and Renan Mutao. The surfaces received special care in the 73 m² space. The floor is brushed marble, while the walls and ceiling are matte MDF, with reforestation veneers. All the shades chosen come from gold, white, black and plum. Old objects carry emotional memories, and several works of art were created for the project.

Library - Luciana Hara. The cosmopolitan atmosphere of New York is brought to life in this 33 m² space. And where are all the books? Many are presented using e-paper technology, an electronic paper that provides greater comfort to the reader. In the background, next to the wall in White Paraná marble, the table designed by the architect combines tree roots, brushed stainless steel and glass.

Games Room - Leonardo Gazzalle. Classic and futuristic go hand in hand in the 33m² space. It alludes to board games and invests in gold to break the monochromy of naval blue. The floor is made up of black marble porcelain tiles, while the baseboards are made with LED strips and metal bars. On the walls, among other paintings, large installations by photographer Raquel Lima.

Studio 33 - Carla Grudtner. The lifestyle of a young photographer specializing in architecture and interiors was the starting point for this 36 m² space. One of the tricks to create spaciousness was to make the most of the light, which enters through the large openings. The walls feature burnt cement textures, slatted wood, and porcelain tiles that resemble granite on the floor. The bike, the photographer's means of transportation, takes pride of place, as do the framed photographs.

Being Intimate - Ismael Luiz Augusto. The 36 m² living space was born from the works of Swedish painter Carl Larsson, from the 19th century. The environment stands out for refinement, comfort and hospitality, with classic tones such as nude. The main piece is the Italian velvet sofa with silver leaves and gold details.

The automotive universe led to the choice of gray tones in various materials in the project, softened by the presence of wood and leather. Among the design pieces, items signed by Paulo Alves and Rejane Carvalho Leite. The bed and upholstery are by the Italian brand Natuzzi.

In this apartment, the integrated floor plan was designed like a loft and offers a resting place, a bench for meals and space for personal items. The colors in the lounge vary between shades of black, graphite and concrete.

The Entrepreneur's Office - Clarice Volpi and Simone Volpi Zoller. Attentive to Singapore's architectural innovations, the duo brought these references to the 38 m² space. The imposing carpentry is a strong feature of the project, which has the table as its highlight. Developed exclusively, it forms a sculpture with its outline, which contrasts with the straight lines of the wooden bookshelf. The works of art are from the Santa Catarina gallery Cássia Acosta, in Balneário Camboriú.

Bar and Sparkling Wine Bar - Cynthia Karas. Sensory architecture is explored to stimulate the senses in this 116 m² space. Gold is present in the coverings and details, such as the pendant lights by Michael Anastassiades for Flos. The atmosphere is further sophisticated with the framed mirrors and the marble counter with velvet upholstered stools. Wood is highlighted, redesigning the ceiling.

Youtuber's Studio - Alexandre Weiss, Nara Machado and Nelson Machado. With over 12 million followers, digital influencer Franciny Ehlke inspires this multifunctional and technological space. The 36 m² space is designed for her to produce videos and makeup tutorials, receive guests and be at home in comfort. The antique rose tones are a delicate interference in the white base, as well as the coppery metals of Deca. The bathroom was elevated with a marble floor.

Another highlight is the golden tone of the carpentry, which matches the white marble and gray cabinets. The space is complemented by the auxiliary sink by Deca, designed by Jader Almeida.

Young Family Hall and Living Room - Larissa Lóh. The contrast between the plum tone of the slatted panel and the light base draws the eye to the 77 m² space. On the opposite wall, the striking presence of White Paraná marble, from local quarries. The rug is made of Javanese fiber and silk. The space also reveals the eco-luxury concept in the mix of rustic and noble materials, interpreting glass and metal as ancestral elements. Note the terrazzo pieces, produced with waste from other materials.

The highlight is the bar, where laminated wood, colored lacquer, leather, carbon steel and plants alternate.

Home Office for Entrepreneur Taciana Nakalski. Designed for female entrepreneurs, the 36 m² space combines functionality, comfort and technology. The sound and lighting systems can be activated with just a voice. White Paraná marble shares the stage with smooth and slatted wood. The project highlights women's work, such as the Linee shelves designed by Taciana Nakalski herself, the armchair by designer Rejane Carvalho Leite, sculptures by artist Lisi Wendel and photos by visual artist Sila Lima.

Boy's Suite - Monica Pajewski and Renata Fraidg. The Scandinavian concept is the inspiration for this 35 m² space, with minimalist furniture and reclaimed wood used in the carpentry. The highlight is the reinterpretation of the tree house, on the mezzanine with a hammock on the floor. There is also a house designed for little ones and another for a dog, as well as a swing. To complete the playful experience, a panel with mountains.

Home Theater - Samara Barbosa. The environment combines technology and sophistication, with walls highlighted by boiseries and soft tones. The Sintra modular sofa is an invitation to slow down. One of the launches is the Tríade round table, by Bruno Faucz, in the center. The works of art are from the Zilda Fraletti Art Gallery, with canvases by Rio artist Paula Klein and photographs by Guilherme Barthel and Henrique Schmeil, taken in Mozambique.

Master Suite - Ivan Wodzinsky. Neutral tones, works of art and refined furniture dictate the 87 m² space, which has been given sober coverings such as the Carvalho Castelli finish. The carpet has an exclusive design by the office and is inspired by the 1980s, summarizing the color palette of the project. The columns were kept exposed, and one of the beams was enhanced with wood to delimit the bathroom. In it, the bathtub and walls were covered in marble.

DECA Kitchen - Yara Mendes. The space doesn't choose between technology and human contact. It celebrates both, in 53 m² transformed into a meeting point for friends and family. The space brings the colors of nature inside: the green of the leaves, the gray of the stones, and the brown of the wood that unites the wall and the ceiling, like an embrace. The carpet and the island in polished white Silestone delimit the preparation and living areas.

Selfie Point - Ana Carolina Boscardin and Edgard Corsi. With futuristic references, it is designed to capture visitors' memories of the exhibition. At the same time, the 55 m² space proposes questions about what humanity's relationship with a possible new planet it might inhabit would be like. The color purple expresses this feeling, in the carpet that goes up to the benches. The steel frame walls are covered with unfinished cement boards, using a sustainable technique.

Real Estate Lounge - Neliza Ferraz and Nathália Silva. In this 59 m² multifunctional office, blue brings serenity. The drywall ceiling lowers the ceiling to allow for wiring, without compromising the height of the ceiling. At the same time, the wood tones make the space cozy, as can be seen in the vinyl flooring, the slats lining the walls and especially the geometric panel with built-in lighting.

Aroma Gallery - Walkiria Nossol. A parallel between industrial and neoclassical. This is the intriguing proposal of the 42 m² space. Intimate tones such as graphite and wood balance the styles. The lighting enhances the textures, with spots superimposed on the slab in a composition with sconces from the 1940s. Not to mention the elegant boiseries, legitimate representatives of the classic, on the walls. In the metallic details, the beloved rose gold.

Guest Suite - Katleen Luizaga. The philosophy of the sacred feminine is valued in these 36 m². It is a movement for the inner healing of women and all their relationships. The theme comes to life in simple shapes, in the affection of objects and in calm tones. The light is indirect, in strips of light with LEDs and built into the frame. On the floor, the Gold Oak patterned laminate comes in 18-inch-wide planks. Highlight is Armchair 63, by Zanini de Zanine.

Focused on architecture and design, this creative space encourages the sharing of ideas. With 93 m², it innovates by opting for a neutral tone palette, instead of adopting the bright colors of most coworking spaces. The glass wall guarantees plenty of natural light. The modular sofa is electric, and the tables have automation features.

The innovative colors are a distinguishing feature of this 44 m² space, which opts for a combination of gray, blue, terracotta and graphite in the woodwork, instead of primary colors. Dome-shaped pergolas and cloud cushions create a playful and creative refuge, inspired by outer space. The space includes a plant workshop and an aquarium, connecting children with nature.

Bookstore - Fábio Marx, Nicholas Oher and Paloma Bresolin. A place for meetings and rescues, the 42 m² space is guided by the pillars of fashion, architecture and literature. "The main objective is to deliver a transcendental atmosphere, capable of soothing the eyes and exploring the senses", explains the trio. Façade - Thiago Zoller. The building of the former Curitiba Outlet Center, in the city center, has gained a new home after the intervention of the landscaper. In the façade retrofit, he opted for the use of bougainvillea, plants native to South America. They were arranged in eight 4x1m planters.

Lobby and Square - João Miguel Santana. Using kitsch aesthetics, the interior designer deconstructs the 230 m² space. He uses color and curious elements to create its atmosphere. Loose bricks arranged in the wet area of the fountain, in an unusual use, are reminiscent of buildings and homes.

Elements such as water, sand and wood are explored in the finishes that replicate natural patterns.

To achieve this, the duo invested in wood-effect MDF carpentry and loose, more dynamic furniture. Indirect lighting helps create a cozy atmosphere. The geometry of the floor and sideboard, designed by the professionals, is a highlight.

Maldives House - Alessandra Gandolfi. The architect sought references for colors, shapes and textures in the archipelago's landscapes to create a space for connection and refuge. The rugs designed by the architect recall the layers of sand leading to the sea, reflected in the blue and green tones of the project. The movement of the waves inspires the parametric wooden panel, composed of 24 slats of different sizes, creating a wavy effect.

Between May 18th and July 7th, CASACOR Paraná is opening its doors in an edition full of new features in 53 environments - 11 more than in the previous edition. The first surprise, without a doubt, is the interpretation of the cast of more than 70 professionals for the Planeta Casa concept, which challenged them to think of transformative, sustainable spaces that favor human connections. There is a special focus on the demands of younger generations. Spaces designed for YouTubers, influencers, millennials and selfie-takers are a clear sign that the exhibition is in tune with new ways of living and interacting with space. At the same time, one of the floors of the exhibition was reserved for the Senior Family Residential, with spaces designed for families.

Tendencies


In this atmosphere of experimentation, you will find the most diverse and interesting inspirations. Expanding the boundaries of territory, the professionals sought references from the Maldives to California, passing through Singapore and even outer space, without forgetting the simple tree house. The styles are equally free, in a journey through the classic that is updated, industrial, minimalism, Scandinavian. Get ready to capture the main trends, which point to slatted wood panels, clean ceilings with built-in lighting, colors full of energy and automation guaranteeing comfort.

Renovated building


With 6,000 m², the choice of location to host this edition is a highlight. The exhibition was spread across four floors of a deactivated building, opened in the 1990s. Located in the heart of the city, it once housed an outlet and has now received a retrofit, with architectural design by Ricardo Amaral. CASACOR PARANÁ SERVICE 2019 WHEN?
