Whether in homes or in the corporate world,
offices have been helped by technology to establish themselves as one of the most anticipated environments at
CASACOR SC in Florianópolis . The projects, signed by the cast of 50 professionals, brought to the former Hotel Maria do Mar, where the exhibition is housed, the essential changes applied to these creative and production environments – especially after the pandemic period.
Professionals
Yuri Bini and Daniela Kumagai , authors of
Ikigai , presented a mezzanine of over 80
m2 focused on corporate architecture. The space has a
decompression lounge, automated workstations and elevators . But the cherry on the cake is the mezzanine, which includes a dedicated area for
recording podcasts , equipped with an incredible
video wall . During the show, events are held around the podcasts produced with the cast.
BioHub , a highlight of the Escritolândia brand, has cozy and intimate spaces. The
biophilic design , which promotes reconnection with nature, has curved shapes, lots of vegetation and materials that create a fluid and light atmosphere.

Biophilia is present in every detail of BioHub , from the sinuous shapes that evoke the movement of nature to the abundant use of plants, which contribute to well-being and productivity,” highlight the authors of
+2Arquitetura, André Manara and Paula Polidoro Figueiredo . The landscaping is by the
Jardinaria office, by
Raquel Melilo .

Casa Transcorrer , by
Studio M Arquitetura e Interiores , professionals
Mariana Gomes, Amanda de Camargo and Gabriel Broring created a setting that pays homage to the creative essence and history of
Nana Caymmi , translating her legacy into an unconventional
home office . “
We redesigned the Hiller dining table, from Studio Ambientes, as a work desk . With its large oval shape, it became a comfortable place where Nana could compose her music, spread out her art and receive friends for a coffee, immersed in a universe of creativity”, says Amanda de Camargo. On the left corner of the table, the
typewriter symbolizes the connection between art and poetry. With its time-marked keys, it brings with it an air of nostalgia, where the act of writing represents part of the singer's life.
The home office at
Refúgio das Ondas , a space by
Junior Guarezi , invites you to work or read. The set of lines and shapes contrast, creating a
fine line between contemporary and classic , seen in rounded corners and textures.
The strong and striking colors give the space a sophisticated feel. The
wood , which is the star of the space, brings warmth and well-being, especially because, even though it is a work space,
comfort is needed for these moments.
Architect
Matheus Xavier , in one of his
Despertar Suites , brought the family's emotional memories into a
home office . The typewriter is in the
memories of when his father worked on it . Matheus used his father's typewriter as a child. In the translation of the theme “
From the present, the now ”, the professionals investigate
ancestry and call for reflection on the
possibilities for the future in view of the current scenario of the planet , with the climate emergency and the issues involving the social, environmental and economic axes of sustainability.
