Drink Bar - Caroline Zamboni and Ivan Aguiar. The space is a privileged spot to enjoy the views of the Port of Vitória, Morro do Moreno and Convento da Penha. The colors refer to earth, fire, water and air, appearing in earthy, cement and metallic tones. The furniture features lots of wood and corten steel, as well as fibers. The building is clean and dry, with economical lighting and conscious consumption of natural resources.

Coffee Work Apex - Amanda Leão, Bárbara Perim and Renata Morelato. Coffee is a Brazilian passion, celebrated in these 175 m² spaces. The space prioritizes environmental comfort through natural lighting and ventilation, enhancing the beautiful view of the place and encompassing the existing vegetation. Special mention goes to the ceiling, developed with wooden slats mixed with translucent stone slats, which act as light fixtures.

Ballerina's Loft - Sérgio Palmeira. Dramatic and romantic. The lines move in the half-moon sofas and other rounded pieces, not to mention the dance for the eyes created by the lamps. With highlights in black, rosé and gold, the project exudes sophistication. The Nero Wings, on the upholstered wall of the bed, pay homage to the film Black Swan and were produced by visual artist Ana Paula Castro. The mirrors and the light structures of doors and shelves in metalwork refer to the rehearsal space.

Functional Lavatories in the Square - Fernando Pandolf. Made from containers and designed to be luxurious public spaces, they have two 15 m² spaces each, for men and women. The structures are connected by a roof that is permeable to sunlight, creating a space for waiting and meeting, surrounded by natural greenery. The visual appeal of the graphics makes the space even more attractive.

Home Fragrances - Fabrícia Nunes and Romina Passos. The atmosphere of old perfumeries meets the contemporary in this 41 m² space, specializing in home sprays, diffusers, liquid soaps and other exclusive items. Capturing the concept used in high-end stores, it features steel in its customized structures and Eucafloor Canyon Black Oak laminate flooring, with veins that suggest an old and natural wood feel.

Rowing Studio - Letícia Finamore. The professional showcases her passion for the sport in an elegant, beachy environment. Natural materials are given a graphic approach, such as the portico with wooden slats and the organized arrangement of plants on the bathroom wall. The space, which includes a relaxation nook, has delimited areas with the luxurious help of noble stone on the floor.

Functional Men's Lavatory - Eliane Fernandes and Solange Sisquini. The colors of the Olympic medals are celebrated in the bronze coverings, in the silver mirror fixed to the openwork geometric structure and in the light fixtures that pay homage to gold. The floor-standing sinks and the matte black metals blend harmoniously, highlighting the contemporary look. The stone floor and frames finish off the look, sumptuous.

Archer's Loft - Igor Gonçalves and Gil Nunes. In these 70 m², the materials refer to the stories and magic that archery conveys, from Cupid, to Robin Hood, to its vision as a sport. Furniture with straight and precise lines gives personality to the environment, marked by the use of low-saturation wood, leather and green velvet. Vegetation of varying sizes and species of our flora bring the living room and suite to life.

Gourmet Lounge - Henrique Gasparini. Named Zig Out, the loft has 350 m² and the bold proposal to meet the needs of a modern family looking for a clean, practical, fast project that meets their needs. It uses steel modules with an exposed structure. They connect to create or expand spaces, adapting to any way of living and to future changes - an authentic Living Home.

Kitchen - Carminha Ribeiro and Karina Ribeiro. Measuring 28 m², the space encourages socializing and features references to Espírito Santo: coffee, iron ore and clay pots. With a contemporary style, it uses modern materials, such as 3D wall cladding and artificial stone countertops, combining beauty and high performance.

Home Office with a Washroom - Renata Rocio Tristão. Can working from home enable integration with family, productivity and quality of life? The architect proves that it can. The textures are cozy, the colors are cheerful and the space is enhanced with pieces by Zanini de Zanine, Arthur Casas and Estudio Bola. The black bookcase with diagonally alternating cubes, designed by Renata, brings movement to the composition.

Cyclist's Studio - Fernando Pandolfi. The loft innovates with its container structure. The entire structure can be dismantled, including the deck, porticos, lake and the house itself. The interiors feature sophisticated black and inspiration from the mountains. In terms of sustainability, the highlight is the solar energy capture system and the large openings that let in light - as well as the sea view.

Arauco Restaurant - Juliana Vervloet do Amaral and Roberta Toledo. MDF is the star material and appears on the walls, ceiling, table tops and parametric bench by Studio Protobox. Some materials change over time, such as the Cristallo quartz in small pieces on the floor, the preserved ribbed slab on the ceiling and the panel by Daniel Penteado, which brings the landscape into the space.

Glasses Store - Larissa Cabral. Instead of conventional white, the architect opted for intimate tones and a garden of cacti and succulents. Wooden showcases with direct lighting highlight the glasses. The vinyl floor matches the darker tone of the walls, which imitate the texture of carbon. Contemporary furniture with a bold design reinforces the link with technology.

Entrance Garden - José Antônio Bissoli Filho and Gustavo de Almeida Bissoli. Next to the ticket office, the space features the trend of rustic plants in decoration. This type of vegetation is known for its easy adaptation and maintenance, in addition to being well-suited to the hot climate and winds of the capital of Espírito Santo. Enameled pots blend into the landscape.

Casa Viva - Carol Zanetti Campanharo. The 90 m² space is inspired by a studio and dedicated to Sebrae-ES. Paintings, prints and installations by 12 artists from Espírito Santo interact with nature, framed by the glass façade. The contemporary space, with floors and walls neutralized with burnt cement, also pays homage to the colonial style in the repurposed roof of the Álvares Cabral Club.

Jewelry - Juliana Magnago, Manuela Perim and Moacyr Travaglia. In this 77 m² space, natural materials predominate, such as wood and leather, and a color palette of black, lead, gray and aged copper. On the floor, the exposed slate in the granite, combined with the focal lighting, makes its shine shine like gold. Everything to highlight gold and precious stone jewelry, with artisanal production.

Galeria Sergio Rodrigues - Stampa and IAB-ES. In homage to one of the great Brazilian designers, this gallery was created, divided into three rooms, each measuring 15 m², bringing together his iconic pieces. In the foreground, the Tonico armchair, which dates back to 1963 and was inspired by the Mole armchair - which needs no introduction. It is accompanied by the Mucki slatted bench, in rosewood, and the Sonia stool. Behind it, the wall displays the Cantú chair, from 1958, sharing the spotlight with the Diz armchair, created in 2001.

Dining Room - Cirlene Reco. The 41 m² space brings a natural urban style, showing that it is possible to reconcile the two universes and still revive the habit of socializing around the table. Most of the pieces were designed by the professional, such as the wine cellar with the waterfall, the wooden sideboards and the bird-inspired table.

Golfer's Loft - Sergio Paulo Rabello. "Designed to make its occupants feel happy". The premise is reflected in the simplicity of the design choices - wood, white and beige. The materials and shapes are essential, without giving up the comfort of Italian design in sofas and armchairs. Green is in the details, even inhabiting the niches of the light partition.

CASACOR Square - Luiz Cancio. The 600 m² space connects several environments. But, in addition to being a place of passage, it encourages coexistence and rest, inviting reflection in front of the calm sea. The existing plant elements were preserved and new species were introduced, defining the space and freeing up the central area for free circulation.

Lounge of the Senses - Marcela Carvalho. The architect and lighting designer imagined the sensations experienced during gatherings with friends and family - and how the senses are heightened in moments of joy. The green divides the wall with the pink of the 3D covering, in soft tones ideal for a space with a lot of people moving around. The light fixture was found in Rio de Janeiro.

Artesanato Gallery - Letícia Costa, Carol Ferrari and Vanessa Xavier. An architecture of great visual appeal, which makes use of curves, straight lines, lights and shadows in the 90 m² space. In the center, the island brings the objects closer together, promoting interaction between the public and the artist. This and other exhibitors explore differences in levels and heights, with defined straight angles, contrasting with the curved ceiling. All to highlight the handicrafts from Espírito Santo developed in partnership with Sebrae.

Photographer's Gallery - Ana Paula Brasil and Mariana Marinho. Cinnamon and lead-toned coverings are applied in a deconstructed manner to the walls and ceiling, giving it a conceptual feel. Functional Women's Lavatory - Samara Abi. The inspiration for the greens, the use of wood in the cut-out panels and the ornamental stones from local quarries came from the forests of Espírito Santo, remnants of the Atlantic Forest. With 35 m² available, the professional took the opportunity to create a versatile space for staying before the lavatory area, with a tower to recharge cell phones.

Measuring just 15 m², it brings back childhood memories and is inspired by classic films such as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Alice in Wonderland. Sweet colors permeate the project's woodwork, which also features the firm's signature features in the use of gold and designer pieces.

Living - Kassio Fontoura and Marcela Grasselli. The 90 m² space is designed as a refuge, with lively spaces, integration, spaciousness and lots of light. The carpentry, including charred wood, provides warmth and functionality, highlighting the connection between the indoor and outdoor areas. The selection of national furniture stands out, with pieces by Guilherme Wentz, Zanini de Zanine, Jayme Bernardo and Estudio Bola. Objects by Brazilian designers also feature on the backlit bookshelf.

Gymnast's Loft - Daniela Andrade. The 110 m² project immerses us in the seven moments and senses experienced by the athlete - Affection, Functionality, Coexistence, Privacy, Vanity, Relaxation and Conflict. Wood, marble and gold metalwork ennoble the project. The lines are elegant and evoke perfection, accompanied by the green wall that exalts the strength of nature.

Tennis Player's Refuge - Cristiane Locatelli. The project has one of the largest areas of the show, with 600 m². Of these, 170 m² are made up of modules with a sustainable and innovative concept, using materials with low environmental impact. Light tones and natural light are the focal point of this project connected with nature, in a perfect home to recharge your batteries - without giving up modern design.

Wallpaper Store - Amanda Lyra Falquetto, Leticia Giuberti and Natusa Croce. Adding value to wallpapers in a 32 m² space. The challenge was solved by the professionals, in their debut at CASACOR, bringing back the essence of the home to the commercial environment. Earthy tones bring warmth and some materials, such as stone, were used in an unconventional way. Lighting directs the eye and ensures functionality.

In excellent shape, CASACOR Espírito Santo reaches its 23rd edition with 34 spaces , open until November 28. They occupy 6,000 m², including the outdoor spaces. The world of sports brings an additional breath of life to the projects, which revive the spaces of the Álvares Cabral Club – owner of a centuries-old history that totals almost 116 years of strong presence in the lives of the people of Espírito Santo. The place has a history especially linked to sports, but also focused on social and cultural events.The people of Espírito Santo are equally proud of their landscapes. And they can be admired in a privileged way at this edition. A pier was built to allow access to the event by small and medium-sized boats. With so many attractions, the exhibition explores various possibilities in lofts, houses, stores, corporate projects, restaurants, party and entertainment spaces. What they all have in common is that they all seek to convey the feeling of physical, mental and spiritual refuge, in addition to renewing the pleasure of socializing.The team of 50 professionals who signed the projects also highlighted interesting trends, such as the combination of gray and green, the elegant use of metalwork, wood for warmth and integration, lighting as a functional and sensorial resource, and modern coverings.
