There is a lot of talk about the "
new way of living ", the configurations of the post-pandemic home and what is currently trending in the decoration and architecture market. But in reality, it can all be summed up in a single sentence:
the new way of living speaks about what is essential to living . And if the intention is to focus only on what is necessary, it is not strange that interior design projects are becoming increasingly compact, without losing the essence and functionality of the spaces.
In this context, JKs emerge: that is, the type of apartment with integrated bedroom, living room and kitchen , which give the feeling of having everything within reach with a good interior design. The JKs trend has already appeared at
CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2021 ; check out some projects!

Starting with
Home 201 : designed by
Aclaene de Mello , the space is the translation of a JK, with a bedroom, living room and kitchen in a single area. The project promotes
slow living as a lifestyle and presents itself as a
personal refuge. that brings everything within the resident's reach.

Details in
handcrafted pieces , such as wool blankets and macramé pieces, bring back fond memories and provide a feeling of welcome.

At
Casa Flam , the use of Scandinavian textures and biophilic elements bring
naturalness, functionality and lightness to the space. Monochromatic, the 50 m² project was designed by
Quadriarq Arquitetura .

Named after a small Norwegian village with just 350 inhabitants, the space
focuses on the use of oak , a typical wood from the region, and light colors for the furniture.
Estúdio Y, as its name suggests, is a space designed for Generation Y, also known as millennials. For the project, Eliana
Machado imagined a place that combines technology and design without neglecting respect for nature.

With 55 m², the studio was designed to be functional and comfortable and follows a clean line, with practical, minimalist and casual furniture.
