An apartment with a homey feel and a lot of Brazilianness. These were the concepts that guided this
80 m² project designed by
Ricardo Abreu – from the
CASACOR SP cast – in São Paulo. The property is located in a small building from the 1950s and has preserved several original elements.
Although the
room faces the internal courtyard of this small building,
the large checkered iron frame allows a good amount of light to enter to illuminate the entire room, which also functions as the resident's workspace.
Outside, the wide
variety of native plant species reinforces the resident's preference for essentially Brazilian elements.
The metalwork shelf designed by the resident houses his work materials, such as magazine and newspaper clippings, and decorative objects, such as Orbi ceramic vases.
Giuseppe Scapinelli's sideboard serves as a bar and also supports the photo of top model Alessandra Ambrósio, lensed by Stewart Shining. Also featured are the photos of model Lea T by Mariana Maltoni, singer Liniker and ballerina Ingrid Silva, by Henrique Gendre.
