Earthy tones of rocks and sand are mixed with green accents in this duplex apartment of a young couple located in Florianópolis. Designed by architect Juliana Pippi , from the CASACOR Santa Catarina 2021 cast, the space, in addition to functioning as a frame for the beach scenery of the capital of Santa Catarina, involved a very special request from the couple: the use of sustainable materials in the renovation.

In total, the 280 m² of the space were renovated. New coverings gave the apartment personality, while the expansion of areas, such as the living room , the en-suite bathroom and a meditation corner, optimized the dynamics of the space.
Architect Juliana Pippi highlighted the couple's lifestyle in the space, which is very connected to nature. The project invites what is outside to become part of the décor, bringing with it a stone wall located next to the television panel that It gives the impression of being inside a cave.

Cumaru planks run across the ceiling, while the bar and kitchen countertops are finished with lemon eucalyptus. At the couple's request, the architect chose to use materials that had a low environmental impact and could be recycled, such as cotton, linen, and natural stones .
