Also in Ribeirão, the duo Dulce de Figueiredo Ferraz and Thácia Balbão present the Loft Refúgio Urbano – an environment that makes you want to come in and stay. Like a real home, the space is cozy. Embraced by the wood, it leaves the sink counter and the appliance tower almost imperceptible.

bx-Leila-Bittencourt-–-Loft-Coral-#Co.living-002-Rio
11/12 -

In Rio de Janeiro, Leila Bittencourt's Coral #Co.living Loft is synonymous with good design, color and humor. An open plan and furniture with different configurations create a colorful living room that takes advantage of and redefines original elements of the building, such as beams and pipes.

bx-Alexandre Lobo and Fabio Cardoso – Premium Loft 001 – Rio de Janeiro
12/12 -

Alexandre Lobo and Fábio Cardoso are also part of the exhibition in Rio with the Premium Loft. With parquet flooring, high ceilings and boiseries on the walls, the space was balanced with a contemporary ambiance. The aesthetic is minimalist and emphasizes circulation, with few pieces of furniture and a bold volume.

Lofts are constructions that were consecrated in the 2019 CASACOR exhibitions. A favorite among architects, the space dispenses with partitions and allows the environments to flow integrated by the same aesthetic, sometimes natural, with large openings for external light and very urban jungle, and in others it appears in an industrial logic, with pure lines designed in steel and concrete.
