With a contemporary style,
Juliana Pippi knows better than anyone how to organize colors and shapes to create a harmonious atmosphere in her projects. To prove and present the style of the professional, who has confirmed her presence at
CASACOR São Paulo 2019 , we present a project by the architect from Santa Catarina, in Jurere.
Named
Projeto DP , this penthouse is marked by the mix of coverings, which are applied in a harmonious way, with the beautiful view that invades the apartment.
To complement the beachy vibe that surrounds the home, Pippi invests in soft and gentle tones, in addition to decorating them with natural materials, such as the basketwork in the living room and the wooden slatted buffet. In this same area, a large curtain was used. so as not to completely deprive the living spaces of the external landscape.
Wood is the star of the project, appearing in some of the coverings and also in the furniture and objects. However, it is the other wall coverings that draw attention. The professional applied the exposed brick technique with a whitewashed effect to a large extent, and in the kitchen the white subway tile, promoting personality and contemporaneity to the project.
Pastel tones are used in the bedroom, giving the space more comfort and tranquility, and the bathrooms feature unique finishes, such as stones that imitate marble on the sink.
Professionally renowned, Juliana has an award-winning architecture that strays from ready-made formulas. The architect has won important national and international titles such as the Trophy for best project at
CASACOR Santa Catarina in 2013 and 2015, the
Bronze at the A'Design Awards in Italy, Second place at the
'America Property Awards' in Barbados, two golds and one bronze in the categories 'Commercial Project', 'Living' and 'Gourmet Space' respectively, at the
Dietmar Starke Awards 2016 , and two
Golden at the A'Design Awards 2016 in Milan, Italy. The professional is also among the honorees at the
International Property Awards , an award that takes place every year in London, where she is the winner of the 'Public Service Interior' and 'Interior Design Show Home' categories. In addition, the architect was present on the podium twice. from
A'Design in 2017, with a silver and a bronze in the “Interior Space and Exhibition Design Award” category, awarded to the projects “Sambaqui” and “Campeche Beach House”. Finally,
Juliana was elected this year by World Design Rankings , which includes the most awarded countries in the last six editions of the A'Design Award , as one of the 12 Brazilian highlights in decoration, furniture and architecture.
