The presence of Minas Gerais design is striking. Its pieces flow harmoniously throughout the composition, making all the spaces – living room, dining room, fireplace and TV – interact. The geometric rug, designed by the architects, also serves the function of visually unifying the space. The spacious light gray sofa, which determines the orientation of the other pieces in the living area, also bears the architects' signature. Completing the composition is the coffee table by Jader Almeida and, above it, a sculpture by José Bento.

The sophisticated silk-fringed blind, which runs the entire length of the balcony, creates a dialogue with the landscape. Along its edge, there is the dining area and a separate space, created by the wooden and straw armchair and pouf designed by by Gustavo Bittencourt. The contemporary decor is contrasted by large clay vases arranged together that give a touch of Minas Gerais, as well as the painting by Inimá de Paula, which appears to be free-floating in the space.
