CASACOR team of professionals explore all the details of the spaces to the fullest and seek to bring innovations and trends that spark reflection on the environments and all their areas. At
CASACOR Brasília 2017, many architects and interior designers decided to surprise visitors by bringing new elements to a little-used part of the room: the ceiling. No simple paints or coverings, the professionals dared with volumes and shapes to provoke the astonishment and admiration of those who look at the top of the spaces. Check out new ideas for ceilings below and get inspired!
The first element you notice when entering
GPS Point , by Júlia and George Zardo, is a sculpture with an organic design that covers the Home's ceiling and descends into a hollow partition, contributing to better acoustics. The space is 180 m² and combines four environments: home, dining, bar and kitchen.
At
Atelier Domingo , from Domingo Arquitetura e Design Estratégico, the focus is on visual communication and interactive decoration, using a 3D printer. To complement this technological and innovative atmosphere, the ceiling receives golden aluminum with geometric shapes, as does the bookshelf, and both are creations of professionals who have a strong design work for furniture.
Lídia Branquinho and Marcus Leite thought about functionality combined with aesthetics to create the ceiling covering of the
Lounge Resort . In it,
diffuse lighting is created with the help of dozens of suspended panels, which also promote good acoustics. Pizza Bar , by Studio Gontijo, combines innovation and sustainability by using a recycled plastic deck on the ceiling that also covers one of the walls.
