With innovative, stylish and trend-setting proposals,
Deca has been presenting projects at
CASACOR for 30 years. Its creative and highly personal spaces are always accompanied by breathtaking solutions and inspirations.
Big
names in architecture present contemporary spaces, and they never disappoint when it comes to innovation at CASACOR. That's why we've selected some spaces that have been highlighted in previous exhibitions. Check them out!
Deca spaces began at CASACOR with cozy
SPA proposals that did not compromise on style. A beautiful example was
Gisele Taranto 's project for
CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2014. She invested in
cement cladding in very light tones combined with
wood and an abundant
fern plantation.
Also in the same exhibition, the inspiration from the SPA was taken to the
room . It is possible to see that the palette was preserved, as well as the
use of cement as the main covering. The
shades of blue combined with the composition convey a feeling of comfort and sophistication to the space.
Finally, the
living room integrated with the dining room is beautiful. By combining wood with elegant elements - such as the white sofa and the rug that unites the two spaces - the architect achieved a perfect harmony between refinement and comfort.
Sustainable actions have guided CASACOR for years, and this would be no different in the partnership with Deca. A space that reminds us of the importance of
conscious water consumption with solutions that demonstrate in practice how this can be done was presented at
CASACOR SP in the
Tenório project.
By investing in a cistern, Tenório created a space whose objective was to promote the
rational use of water . The
cistern at the Jockey Club of São Paulo has a volume of 70 thousand liters and occupies the corridor that connects the grandstand building to one of the entrances.
Another project worth remembering was
Duda Porto's SPA for
CASACOR RJ 2018. The curved facade of wood and stone brought to the fore a truly natural atmosphere, in which raw materials were incorporated to bring calm and rest.
Named
A Origem , Duda Porto included a
bathroom in a space with cement and quartz floors - a true union between sophistication and natural elements. The earthy tones work well together. In the center, the lighting was directed towards the bathtub, with a modest light that makes the atmosphere even more welcoming.

Exhibited at
CASACOR São Paulo in 2014,
Villa Deca continues to inspire to this day for its elegance combined with comfort.
Guilherme Torres was responsible for creating the spaces. He combined classic elements and gave them a contemporary touch by creating
timeless spaces that recall the past, but are still very modern.

Minimalism guided part of Torres' project. The
bathroom has a bathtub that matches the tone of the floor. Few elements and lots of sophistication, this was the architect's proposal for the space that showed that less can be more.

The
facade of Villa Deca is a true refuge for those seeking peace and quiet. An elegant waterfall brings the space to life. “A villa is a country house that revitalizes sensations and enhances the dolce far niente. When we think of Rome, we immediately think of a time when houses were delimited in order to house families who had to remain confined to their lands,” says the architect.

Guilherme Torres has done away with glass and enclosures for a more intimate retreat. Villa Deca is like a "large balcony". The room features raw materials and
natural lighting is what gives life and brightness to the space.
