Small private oases, spaces that provide total relaxation and allow you to be closer to nature have been one of the great goals of many people after a long period of confinement. Thus, the environments of CASACOR Santa Catarina 2022 reflected this new way of living, which shows a strong appeal to the home as a refuge . In a 300 m² space attached to the main building of the exhibition and separated from it by a water mirror that reflects both buildings, architect Daniel Ghizi created the incredible Casa 15. The spacious and bright space, in synergy with nature – achieved thanks to the windows and glass ceilings – brings a unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation . The light colors of the interior contribute to the feeling of coziness and tranquility, as do the materials natural materials such as stone, concrete, steel and wood, which bring a sense of well-being. The Paradiso Deca Bathroom , designed by the Delpizzo Arquitetura office, led by Cristiana and Giovani Delpizzo, takes visitors to a place far from the bustling Florianópolis. The duo brought to the exhibition an environment inspired by the seaside house of the protagonist of the film “Grandes” Hopes”, from 1985. With generous rooms and romantic architecture , the environment features a light color palette , organic furniture and lots of plants, which provide a feeling of peace and comfort. The Bem-te-vi Garden , by architect and landscaper Ana Trevisan , was inspired by the typical bird of the Atlantic Forest to bring a sense of reconnection with nature to the exhibition.
To set up the space, an ecological recovery project was carried out, with the removal of invasive exotic plant species and the planting of native species , such as Surinam cherry trees, jussara palm hearts and imperial bromeliads. The result is a sensory and inviting garden , with feeders that attract birds and stones that resemble river stones, inviting visitors to take a pleasant break for relaxation and contemplation. Architect Estela Cislaghi elevated the concept of interior/exterior integration to its maximum expression in the Living Co-Existir project, creating a 3.40 meter opening with reversible glass sheets that can be 100% retracted, allowing natural light to enter and total connection with the outside . In the space, there is a living and relaxation area facing the garden, and, in the back, a bar with stools around it for meetings and drinks. The Casa em Percurso , by architects Emanueli Schneiders and Leonardo Gazzoni, from Octaedro Arquitetura , is another space that proposes this interior/exterior connection in a light and fluid way, made by the ebonized wooden pergola that extends across both spaces and, also , through the wooden and glass pivot doors that integrate the environments. As an oasis of contemplation, refuge and well-being, the large 220 m² space houses a living room with kitchen, dining and living functions. An outdoor area with lounges and gourmet space also features a landscaping project that seeks to bring nature into the space. close to home, with jabuticabeira trees and a natural lake . Sand, black, gray, brown and green tones are present, as well as natural and raw materials, such as organic trunks and handmade pieces. Intimate space

The Abraço Suite , designed by architect Mariana Maisonnave , awakens exactly this feeling in visitors: of being enveloped and welcomed by the soft and fresh environment . Filled with natural light, the space features a tropical tree inside a glass box, as well as lots of natural wood. The greenery is the focal point of the space and separates the sleeping area from the bathroom. The idea is to be able to see the vegetation from all points , and bring the well-being of nature closer. The bed has a headboard that extends to the sides, like a cozy embrace. Based on the Japanese concept of Shibumi - which means simplicity that is broken by a decorative detail -, the architect designed a cozy living space , but full of personality, with natural stones, a predominance of the color blue, striking works of art and objects influenced by Astrology , such as the crystal lamp that references the Capricorn Constellation.
