Architect André Carício drew several inspirations for the Deca Zen Space at CASACOR Pernambuco 2019. He took the idea of welcoming from the theme of the year, Planet Home. The space was designed as a separate universe of serenity in contrast to the noise and hustle and bustle. of everyday life. From this notion of tranquility, white emerges, the main color that covers a good part of the space.
The counterpoint to this rusticity is the cutting-edge technology used. In addition to Deca accessories, lighting and sound are also automated. From the outside, the space resembles a box, embraced by a reflecting pool.
Inside, it is made up of a social and private area. Highlights of the interior include the Extension chair by Moooi, the gourmet island table, whose base is made of raw rock crystal, and pieces by Brennand himself.
