Poll: choose your favorite living room at CASACOR Goiás 2024!
Whether in our own home or in a home we visit, the living room It is one of the most striking environments in the space — it is responsible for transmitting the resident’s personality, stories and personal experiences. The CASACOR 2024 rooms also have one more purpose: to reflect the theme " From the present, the now ", which guides the projects of this edition of the exhibition and seeks to understand how the world lives the present and sees the future. At CASACOR Goiás 2024 , living rooms appear in 18 of the 37 projects in the exhibition and create different interpretations and possibilities for the room. Adriana Mundim and Fernando Galvão - Games Studio. Adriana Mundim and Fernando Galvão are the creators of the Games Studio, inspired by games, fun and meetings. The space features walls and ceiling with a continuity of colors and textures, without straying from neutrality, to highlight the striking pieces of furniture such as the Monte Carlo poker table and the Cambito chess table, both designed by Estúdio Mula Preta, and the Fluxo tapestry, by Zanini de Zanine.

Leo Romano - The Island

Leo Romano - The Island. Architect Leo Romano created The Island, a studio that offers the pleasure of aesthetic and sensorial experiences through a minimalist and contemporary environment. Everyday elements such as sofas, tables and chairs are joined together as if in an 'embrace', thus forming a unique form. The work Embrace, by visual artist Giovanni Caramello, and a large suspended sculpture, developed by the architect himself, invite visitors to transport themselves to other times.

Livia Martins - Natuzzi Space

Livia Martins - Natuzzi Space. In her first edition, architect Livia Martins presents Natuzzi Space, a classic, comfortable room with memories of times gone by, but with technology and contemporaneity. A large window framed with a bench invites visitors to travel through their memories. Gray leather furniture complements the space, which is completely wrapped in wood, in reference to the past. Dark colors on the walls and ceilings bring a lowered feeling that promotes comfort to the room. Finally, the marble floor adds a touch of refinement to the space.

Lourenço Milaneze - Living 10. Clécio Lourenço and Gervásio Milaneze present Living 10, an ode to the charm of a refined social club. This space was designed for residents who value reading and moments of relaxation during social gatherings, providing a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. The space is adorned with a rich collection of works of art and collectibles, including exclusive sculptures signed by the designers themselves, in addition to the presence of Brazilian ornamental stones and furniture by renowned designers such as Jader Almeida, Lucas Recchia, Ronald Sasson, Simone Coste and Studio Sette.

Lucas Machado - Morata Ventura. Architect Lucas Machado designed Morata Ventura, a gourmet space with a living room inspired by the true importance of home in the present moment. In a cosmopolitan space that can connect with different styles, a palette of neutral and soft colors draws attention to the furniture and decoration, which have gained stronger and more vibrant tones. The Saara sofa fits in as the central piece of furniture in the space and its shade of green matches the landscaping present throughout the project. Complementing the design, works by the artist from Goiás Siron Franco were displayed in the living room.

Luisa Azevedo - my being. Luísa Azevedo presents, in her fourth participation at CASACOR Goiás, the space mEU estar. The environment is a fusion of concepts, trends, materialities and feelings; and is built with references to ancestry, Brazilian modernism – pure materials such as stones, wood and cement –, oriental culture using muxarabis with interspersed slats; in the evolution of the history of architecture and in great names, such as Lelé (João Filgueiras Lima) and Márcio Kogan. The joinery and metallic profiles in champagne color bring sophistication to the living room.

Natiara Reis and Paulo Reis - Being CLOSE

Natiara Reis and Paulo Reis - Estar PERTO. In their second participation in CASACOR Goiás, architects Natiara Reis and Paulo Reis designed the Estar PERTO space, a living room where each element was carefully selected to promote a sense of calm and serenity. Inspired by the minimalist elegance of Scandinavian architecture, the space brings the concept of a fluid and integrated space. Rugs with soft textures and neutral colors provide a feeling of coziness and delimit the living areas in a subtle way. Using the traditional layout, the space provides an experience of group conviviality and at the same time a space for contemplation for family and friends.

Pedro Ernesto Gualberto and Leandra de Castro Gualberto - Family Room. Pedro Ernesto Gualberto and Leandra de Castro Gualberto create the Family Room, a space that harmoniously mixes the past and present through furniture and coverings. The use of materials such as wood, burnt cement and natural stone evokes a nostalgic atmosphere, while the chosen furniture reflects contemporary trends, creating a balanced fusion between both styles. The environment was designed as a multifunctional place to stay, designed to house three distinct activities - bar, dining and living - integrated in a fluid and cohesive way.

Plano Studio - Plano BRB. Plano Studio is the studio behind Plano BRB. The space features shapes that recall modern Brazilian architecture, with carpentry in soft tones, natural textures, prints that reference craftsmanship and a color palette that alludes to nature. The modern furniture brings touches of color to the space, such as the Pigmento coffee table by Luciana Martins and Gerson de Oliveira, and the Jangada armchair by Jean Gillon.

Rodrigo Peixoto - Entrance Hall and Ticket Office. Architect Rodrigo Peixoto, a newcomer to the show, is responsible for the Entrance Hall and Ticket Office of CASACOR Goiás 2024. The space stands out for its combination of wood, cement elements and soft lighting, with a mix of textures and elements that are already the professional's trademark. The carpentry ensures the project's sustainability. Neutral and earthy tones bring sophistication, modernity and warmth to the space.

Alexandre Milhomem dos Santos - Fashion Designer Studio

Alexandre Milhomem dos Santos - Stylist's Studio. Alexandre Milhomem presents the Stylist's Studio, a tribute to Martha Medeiros from Alagoas. The space was conceived as a source of inspiration in ancestry, bringing one of the most emblematic expressions of the northeast to the current context: lace, very present in the designer's pieces and represented in a subtle and harmonious way on the wallpaper. In addition, during the exhibition, a careful selection of images will be displayed, allowing visitors to contemplate two models on display whose materials were extracted from the backlands, enriching the experience with authentic and significant elements of the region.

ALF Arquitetura - Essencial Deca. André Alf and Marina Lage, from the ALF Arquitetura & Design office, present Essencial Deca, an environment designed with sustainability as its guiding principle. In this way, the architects sought products that allow for comfort, but without harming future generations. The items chosen are not based solely on the use of one material or another, but on the value that intelligent use can bring to the final product. Among the furniture, the Sanduba Armchair and the Laços Side Table, both by Mariana Marchesi, bring a mix of raw materials in a light and delicate design.

ALMa ArqDesign - Studio Ró. Aline Albiéri, Fátima Mesquita and Márcia Albiéri created Studio Ró, inspired by photographer Rogério Mesquita. With a durable and timeless design, the space becomes both a refuge and a meeting point. The works placed on the wall and ceiling were created by the honored photographer in partnership with artificial intelligence, resulting in a unique fusion of human talent and advanced computational capabilities. The soft color palette creates a welcoming atmosphere. The strong green tones and organic shapes that permeate the space's design invite occupants to reconnect with the natural world.

Bittar Arquitetura - Studio Terra Origem. Eduardo Bittar and Karla Bittar present Studio Terra Origem, a space that presents itself as a haven of serenity and authenticity. The carefully selected materials – wood, natural bricks and textures on the walls and ceilings – evoke a connection with the natural environment. The lowered ceiling at the entrance to the space creates an intimate and welcoming atmosphere and, as the space advances, the ceiling height expands, revealing a subtle and elegant transition. A curved ceiling guides visitors, who feel as if they are being enveloped by a warm embrace from the earth itself.

Carla Brasil and Carine Cerutti - Espaço Ázus. Carla Brasil and Carine Cerutti debut at CASACOR Goiás with Espaço Ázus, a fusion between the natural landscape and the ever-evolving human journey. The space is divided into two distinct spaces: the first celebrates water as the essence of life, highlighted by a blue spiral sculpture with a waterfall. The second space is inspired by the spectacle of the sunset, represented by lighting that creates a horizontal line, evoking the scenery of the horizon at dusk. Combined, the two spaces convey the essence of the residential Ázus Casa e Conceito, a real estate development that stands out with an infinity edge on the rooftop and balconies of up to 60m2.

Doriselma Mariotto - Living Legacy

Doriselma Mariotto – Legado Vivente. Doriselma Mariotto creates Legado Vivente, an environment that combines natural elements and contrasts of color and lighting to create a welcoming and inspiring space. Marked by black and white, the space aims to celebrate meetings between friends, family and those we love. To make this happen, a transition space was created from the outside to the inside, which has a lounge, marked by furniture designed by Jader Almeida, Danilo Lopes and Paula Gontijo, and a bar marked by an illuminated marble counter.

Expedito Bezerra and Lucas Panobianco - Janela do Agora. Expedito Bezerra and Lucas Panobianco designed “Janela do Agora”, a living room that synthesizes the past and the future through an architecture that transcends yesterday, today and tomorrow. The space celebrates the transformation of time, where the geometry of the space provided by the arrangement and choice of furniture, wanders between the precepts of various architectural styles. The window with sinuous lines frames the constant changes, and presents us with the light that pours into the space, inviting us to cozy up and savor the timelessness of the present.

Gabriella Meireles and Leife Cantuária - Recanto Cenário. Gabriella Meireles and Leife Cantuária, from Estúdio Cantuária & Meireles, created Recanto Cenário, a balcony that offers a peaceful and relaxing escape from the fast pace of the city. Inspired by modern minimalism, the duo used straight lines, neutral colors, modern materials, simple landscaping and strategic lighting. Each piece of furniture, each texture, each color is an expression of the present moment, an invitation to contemplation and connection, whether with oneself, with people, with nature, with works of art or objects that tell a story.
