Open shelves not only offer extra space for storing utensils and decorations but also keep everything accessible and visible. Install them in free vertical spaces to utilize areas that would normally go unused. Shelves close to the ceiling are perfect for items you use less frequently.

2. Invest in internal organizers for cabinets and drawers

Internal drawer and cabinet organizers help to create specific compartments for each item and prevent waste of space. Consider adjustable dividers for cutlery, extra internal shelves for serving dishes, and baskets for individual items. This makes access easier and keeps everything tidier.

3. Incorporate multifunctional and compact furniture

Choose furniture that performs multiple functions, such as a foldable table that can serve as extra counter space when needed and then be tucked away to free up space. Wheeled carts are another versatile option, as they can be easily moved according to your needs and serve as a temporary island or storage place.

4. Use hooks, magnets, and bars on the walls

Tracks with hooks or magnetic bars are ideal for hanging utensils, knives, and small pots. These items will not take up space in the drawers and will be ready for use. Perforated panels are also a great solution to display and organize kitchen utensils in a functional way.

5. Maximize the use of vertical space

Use cabinets that reach the ceiling to store less frequently used utensils and appliances. Consider including an accessible decorative ladder to make access to these items easier. Additionally, the space on top of the cabinets can be used for decorative baskets that hold non-perishable or rarely used items.

6. Choose built-in and multifunctional appliances
