Faced with the challenge of creating a space that would serve as a comfortable and practical refuge for a client who, although she does not live in São Paulo, visits the city frequently, architect
Natalia Salla developed a residential project that prioritizes functionality, comfort and aesthetics. The
49 m² apartment was designed to meet the resident's varied demands, providing intelligent solutions that optimize the available space.

The client wanted an apartment that would reflect a
youthful and welcoming spirit through the use of vibrant tones. "The use of cheerful and fun
colors was designed to ensure an atmosphere of well-being during the client's stays in São Paulo," explains Natália.

One of the highlights of the project is the
entrance hall , which features LED lighting integrated into a slatted panel, as well as a space dedicated to
hat storage and custom carpentry.

The layout of the
bathroom is another innovation:
the room is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom . This configuration allows it to be used as a guest bathroom without having to go through the bedroom, maintaining the privacy and functionality of a suite.

In addition to its design and spatial solutions, the apartment stands out for its home automation. All the switches are smart, allowing the resident to control the lighting and other systems remotely, a particularly useful feature for those who live outside the city.
