With the theme “Believe in a new vibe,” ColourFutures 25Coral ’s trend study — presented the brand’s color for 2025: Golden Curry , a warm, vibrant yellow. The tone is capable of creating an authentic atmosphere, full of personality and the optimism that the world so desperately needs. “ Yellows were very popular between 2007 and 2013. Back then, sunny colors became more prevalent, as people sought positivity at home. Now, once again, the movement is for a desire to start over and embrace the new, for a touch of color that brings joy to the walls and a smile to the face,” says Priscila Perez, Color Activation Manager for Decorative Paints in Brazil at AkzoNobel, manufacturer of Coral. Golden curry is part of the Fearless palette, proposed by Coral as a trend for 2025. In times of change, people want to leave the past behind and look to the future. To translate this into the home environment, this palette full of bold and cheerful colors can bring to life surprising and spontaneous spaces. These are colors inspired by the feeling of adventure , outside the comfort zone.

WGSN + Coloro choose a purple-blue

This color has a celestial appeal thanks to its surreal and otherworldly qualities, which align with the influence of the second space age. As science and technology accelerate the space economy, commercial opportunities are coming to the forefront. From space tourism to the rise of asteroid mining, the industry that is set to mint the world’s first trillionaire is evolving rapidly. Future Dusk is also about the metaverse. Synthetic creativity will become a pervasive driver, with technology-driven creative tools like AI art generators becoming widely available, increasingly blurring the line between reality and fantasy. “For several seasons, Coloro has seen brands shifting to palettes with lasting appeal. Future Dusk is an inspiring color that supports this trans-seasonal approach. It feels warm and deep, which makes it moody, mysterious and timeless,” says Caroline Guilbert, Head of Creative Content at Coloro.
