Designed by the
BZP Arquitetura office, this
311 m² apartment in São Paulo has a contemporary proposal: the resident, a young woman who values spending time with family and friends, wanted an integrated and welcoming atmosphere with predominant neutral tones and strategic points of color in the details.

The integration came through custom carpentry, providing fluid and functional environments. The bookshelf in the
living room , in addition to housing the TV, became a link between the resident's reading
hobby and the dining area.

The balcony was integrated into the living room, expanding the space and creating a relaxed lounge. Elements such as wood and neutral tones, carefully chosen as a base, were brought to life with strategically placed pops of color, such as armchairs, rugs and plants.
Other spaces, such as the
suite and the gourmet area, maintain the materiality and sobriety of the project, ensuring aesthetic coherence throughout the apartment.

The homeowner’s personal touches, such as a painting from Vietnam and personal artwork, add a unique character to the decor, making each element of the project an expression of the client’s identity.
