European oak cladding is applied to the floor, walls and ceiling of Loft Ninho , a space designed by Bahian architect Nildo José for CASACOR São Paulo 2018 , and creates a feeling of warmth and comfort. With 80 m², the space is divided into three areas with different functions (kitchen, social and intimate), all permeated by cosmopolitan decoration and following the original architectural language of the Jockey Club. An organic white resin table designed by the studio especially for the show is the highlight of the kitchen and serves as a dining area on one side and a bar on the other. At the back, a five-meter-long counter organizes all the cooking activities. Finally, a large mezzanine box houses the private area: the bathroom, bedroom and garden gain some privacy within the ceramic-clad structure. In the bedroom, the bed is flush with the floor, which, according to Japanese tradition, is a way of letting the earth absorb the weight of the day and renewing energy for the next morning. The green terrace on the upper floor, with landscaping by Bia Abreu , was designed to prioritize the resident’s meditation and disconnection. CASACOR SERVICE SAO PAULO 2018 WHEN? From
