CASACOR SP 2017: A garden to contemplate and stay in
- The Deca Garden at CASACOR São Paulo 2017 is designed by Alex Hanazaki, one of the current masters of national landscape architecture. The space, marked by an unusual sensory labyrinth with high aesthetic rigor, is harmonized by a garden composed of a miscellany of geometric features of the plantations with a great challenge: to provide a new experience with the Deca brand. - Hanazaki's goal here was to spark visitors' curiosity about how to creatively specify sanitary ware and metals in a project, transforming these products into true works of art. "The main message is to raise questions about the possibility of using of Deca elements in an unconventional way, transforming the usual into landscape objects”, summarizes the professional. - - Covering an area of approximately 1,000 m², the project was created through meticulous research, which encompasses various styles of world landscape architecture and Mediterranean culture. The environment combines a sumptuous route interconnected by three distinct settings. - The entrance corridor with an ornamental intervention with a gabion made of split stone with a reddish hue, a water mirror covered with pebbles with emerald green nuances, and in the background a themed wall alluding to a natural fountain, with 22 suspended washbasins, and Polo wall-mounted mixer taps, in D.coat Red Gold finish, randomly placed, creating a dynamic atmosphere. -
