The energy of the sea inspires the environments, which do not compromise on the refined atmosphere, designed by 56 professionals from 13 municipalities

Living and Dining - Fernando Luiz Dal Bosco. All the warmth of the house by the sea is expressed in the environment, which combines the warmth of wood and the rusticity of natural gravel stones, which give life to the walls. Highlight for luxury joinery on the wall slats. With a lounge atmosphere, upholstery brings maximum comfort in lines and materials. Side tables are light, and rugs explore the sophistication of handmade.

Tropical Garden - Francielle Iost. At the center of the exhibition, the boulevard occupies almost 700 m² and features references from local nature, such as moving water, straw and wood. Palm trees give a tropical, beachy feel and punctuate the four lounges for visitors, who enjoy a cozy space designed in wood and warm spice tones.

Living Room Kitchen - Claudia Stach and Daniela Bordignon. The space combines the functions of kitchen, living room, dining room, wine cellar and toilet, forming the social area of a residence, in 125 m². Natural materials are used in a contemporary way and without excess, such as the stone and wood coverings on the walls. The touch of blue in the carpentry tones down the industrial style. The island promotes an informal atmosphere, with Brazilian design furniture.

Kids Club - Diogo Lemos and Rita Lemos. With a fun and learning atmosphere, the space brings a touch of English and classic style to welcome the little ones. Simple maintenance and comfort are favored by the easy-to-clean wall coverings and carpeted floors. Wood brings warmth to the wall moldings and furniture.

Renault Garden Loft - Adriana Piva. The vegetation promotes integration between the internal and external spaces, which gain distinct personalities in the finishing materials. Steel elements and bold design pieces give the garage a modern style, in tune with Renault. Note the crystal cascade that surrounds one of the pillars in the living room.

Sea Lounge - Luiza Fortkamp and Hebert Evaristo. The space was elegantly housed in a container, in line with the Casa Viva concept. It was designed as an external space, like a shed, so that sea lovers can wait for their vessel to prepare or spend a day of rest. Geometry is highlighted, in the threads of the pendant, in the chevron layout of the walls and in the lines that design the carpet.

Façade - Marcelo Urizar. The Argentine artist illustrates “The Living House” inspired by the purity of children’s eyes. Titled “Isadora and the Snail”, the mural represents the animal, plant and mineral kingdoms, as well as the flow of time in the design.

Murion SPA - Lia Herrmann and Mateus Spricigo. With a minimalist essence, its name was inspired by the Murion crystal. The wooden box is a shelter for other natural elements, such as the green wall and the ropes that act as lighting. Handwork is present in other details, such as fabrics and basketwork. Modulations were created to close off the space, and all materials can be reused later.

House 55 - Fernanda Eicke. The original architectural design was challenging, with a 120 m² space with five pillars. The solution was to make them stand out by covering them with natural wood panels. Fernanda also softened the look by investing in transparent glass, which promotes integration with the landscaping.

Gourmet Balcony - Aline Sandri and Elise Bueno. Technology combines with natural elements in 72 m². The metal and glass shelving is filled with plants, and sunlight filters through the steel and fluted glass windows. Also made of steel, the hood was made especially for the exhibition. Shades of green and black, along with straight lines, create a sober atmosphere, broken up by items such as the pendant and the bar cart with acrylic wheels.

Pub From Jazz to Rock - Juliane Gasparin, Mariana Marchiori and Tatyana Müller. The contemporary design is permeated by the tradition of English PUBs, cited in the solid wood and exposed bricks. Double walls isolate the area, with capacity for up to 200 people. On the floor, two shades of gray are alternated. Lighting with directed spotlights and LED strips highlights key elements.

Carbon House - Pedro Tessarollo and Jairo Lopes. Carbon is the chemical element used to investigate the chronology and memories of objects. The material was chosen by the duo to talk about the marks of time, in the relationship between the resident and his space. The 100 m² were converted into fluid and welcoming environments, in an architectural box that displays original pillars. The huge sofa embraces the visitor, while the wood warms the opposite wall, in the living room punctuated by works of art and design pieces.

Art Gallery - Ana Lins and André Bettinelli. The 1929 Barcelona Mies Van der Rohe Pavilion made history with its simple, orthogonal and elegant lines. This is the inspiration for the duo, who also use natural materials to house the works, which are curated by art dealer and cultural manager Cézar Prestes.

Bookstore - Luiza Fortkamp and Hebert Evaristo. The atmosphere is that of a luxurious private library from the 1920s, with more than a thousand titles and works of art. The pattern on the floor, the design of the furniture and the boiseries on the ceiling celebrate the nostalgia of mass design and the Jazz boom - in fact, the pendant resembles trumpets. Shelves accommodate books, and the centralized table holds special titles. Armchairs invite you to browse the works without rushing.

Casa Restaurant - Diogo Lemos, Leandro Sumar and Fábio Vitorino. At Casa Viva, relationships are valued in a sophisticated architecture that blends different eras with European décor trends. The sofas are upholstered in Dutch velvet and interact with the composition of the paintings - a modern arrangement of classic frames.

Happy End Room - Juliana Marodin. New living is about a healthy and conscious lifestyle. To connect to the essentials, the materials are eco-friendly and many are from the state itself - with the exception of the wallpaper, from Paris. The exclusive metal shelf has a multifunctional design, which explores volumes and voids, and interconnects elements such as the ecological fireplace. As a counterpoint to the organic elements, the wall and carpet bring geometrisms.

Varanda do Músico - Liliane Rodrigues, Filipe Milanezi Lima and Lucas Fernandes. The layout is as elegant as jazz, the resident's favorite style. The contemporary style defines panels and loose furniture, together with the rusticity of stones, ropes and iron. Green and terracotta are the chosen colors, reinforcing the connection with plants and the earth. The furniture is low and comfortable, accompanying the spacious dimensions of the space.

Home Fragrances Store - Laura Gransotto. A chic nautical decor, but with an urban feel. This is the proposal of the project, full of luminosity and color palette inspired by the coast. Blue is present even on the ceiling. The wood comes in a light tone, walls have patinated paneling and bricks guarantee an even more natural atmosphere.

Loft Gris - Maria Ondina Garcia and Eluize Mendes. Shades of gray invade the 70 m² space, and visually connect living, dining and kitchen. The sofa, designed by the office, promotes continuity between spaces. The plaster boiseries and lacquer joinery add sophistication. Not to mention the Calacata marble block, which delimits the master suite. Everything designed for a cool fashion businesswoman.

Penthouse - Alexandre Voigt. Measuring approximately 140 m², it stands out for its modern lines, reminiscent of the cosmopolitan architecture of large cities. Timeless furniture is combined with objects from a personal collection, with a classic touch. Red velvet upholstery and gold details enhance the space. The walls also received special attention, with wooden panels and mirrors.

DECA Habitat - Jeferson Branco. High design pieces shine in the most democratic public bathroom in the exhibition. With 32 m², the environment has no gender and uses raw materials that refer to the natural to recreate a habitat, where diversity is welcome. Neons highlight the architecture, where crockery and metal are displayed like works of art.

Lobby “Pedra que Bolle” - Angélica Paz, Cléo Linhares and Suellen Paul. The name comes from a legend on the North Coast of Praia de Ilhota, where there is a stone that moves with the crash of the sea waves, during periods of surf. And deep blue is the tone chosen for the walls, while green appears on the velvet sofa. On the tables and lamps, curved lines and light lines.

Artists' Lavabo - Juci Perazza. The butterfly wing painting is striking, produced by artist Danielle Prandi, on a sheet of recycled PET bottles. The Ultra Violet tone is luxurious, together with baseboards, moldings and ceiling moldings in gold.

Oceano Piano Bar - Bruna Zappelini. Colors, textures and materials are reminiscent of elements from the bottom of the sea, such as fish, coral and water bubbles. The bar is conceptual, with colorless bottles, spot lighting and a mirror in the background. The curved 6-meter-long counter was designed by the architect and molded in Corian. The sofas, also exclusive, follow the same line in the waves.

Unilux HUB - Daniela Vieira. "A point of meeting and connection between people.” This is how the professional conceptualizes the 132 m² bar, with a facade of deconstructed shapes. It stands out for the design sconces and the intervention of asymmetrical wooden slats. Dark colors, coverings in leather and rich fabrics make the interiors more intimate and sophisticated.

Press Room - Juliana Flores da Rosa, Raquel de Araújo and Fabiana Costa. The joinery with refined shapes and the geometricism of the Elizabeth wood floor, laid with a chevron design, are highlights. The 21 m² space is contemporary, but contains elements full of nostalgia that refer to the profession of journalist. For example, the old notebook.

Master Suite - Daiane Melo Campos and Mariana Maran. The space is made up of the couple's closets, a home office, bathroom and spa, in addition to the bedroom. The striking presence of marble, matte gold details and wood nuances brings balance. Mirrored blinds and other geometric elements enter the scene. Another highlight, literally, is the upholstered headboard that wraps around the entire wall.

Beach Sunset - Francisco Macedo Bhöm and Lygia Siévert. A beautiful swimming pool could not be missing from the exhibition, merging with the landscape of Praia de Ilhota. Here, visitors remember the good stories of the Plaza, which marked the lives of many people for more than 40 years. The space was updated with simplicity and comfort, with shades of blue that do not interfere with the look and furniture that resists the weather.

Hotel Lobby - Lili Golunski, Georgea Golunski Novello and Natalie da Cruz. The luxurious reception does not give up on affectionate memories and reminds us of houses from the 1970s, typical of the South region. At 120 m², it features a symmetrical layout, made up of contemporary Brazilian design pieces. In the center, the beauty of Amazonite prevails, a semi-precious stone where the fireplace was installed.

Photographer's Loft - Andressa Dangui. The space reuses a shipping container that, in addition to being a constructive element, inspires the design of the fixed furniture. Countertops are multifunctional and the lighting is versatile, on tracks. The color palette reinforces the urban atmosphere, in shades of concrete, white and black.

Danish Kitchen - Linda Martins and Cris Araújo. Design in its purest form is one of the attractions of the Scandinavian style, with a focus on well-being, functionality and handcrafted work. The well-designed furniture has straight lines and recessed handles. The colors and materials are natural, such as white, mint, graphite and washed wood that draws attention to the ceiling.

Architect's Loft - Athos Peruzzolo. The wooden floor and vertical garden create a refuge and break the sobriety of the 100 m² space. The color black is the protagonist, highlighting the volume and design of the fixed furniture and the structure of the space. Several elements explore verticality, such as the staircase with glass steps and, on the opposite side, the wall transformed into a wine cellar.

Loft Casa Verde - Tufi Mousse. The space features a technological kitchen, as well as a dining room, living room and suite. The kitchen is defined by the use of synthetic stones, a straight and functional layout, as well as glass and metals that exude contemporary style.

At the 2018 edition of CASACOR Santa Catarina/Itapema , theA Casa Viva concept could not be better represented. The show is taking place in the Costa Verde & Mar region, located in the municipality of Itapema. Overlooking the ocean, the spaces were developed in a place full of fond memories - the iconic Plaza Itapema , a pioneer in Brazil, with over 40 years of history.

It is with lightness, comfort and a welcoming atmosphere that the 56 professionals created inspiring environments. And they appeal to all styles. On the one hand, the simplicity of rectilinear shapes and natural materials, with handcrafted elements and soft colors, such as white, gray and various shades of blue and green, which refer to the sea. On the other, the nostalgia of the classic style in mirrors, boiseries on the walls, the striking presence of marble, gold details, velvet upholstery and other special touches.

What all the spaces have in common is that they offer refuge and a connection with the essential, valuing contact with nature and especially between people. A Living House that is vibrant, with important exchanges and exciting encounters, as you can see in the photo gallery.
