Loft Near The Sea_ JUliana Pipi Photo MarianaBoro 2
01/41 -

Loft Close to the sea - Juliana Pippi. The sea has always been around, in your eyeline, in the cool breeze that hugs your skin. The architect materializes the scenery that has surrounded her throughout her life, in raw tones and textures reminiscent of sand. Concrete, stone, granite, natural fibers and light woods meet and complete each other, in a peaceful look. White is brushed here and there, creating other breaths in this light environment with practically no walls.

02/41 -

Dream Kitchen - Gabriel Hering and Christina Lago. The contemporary industrial concept guides the clean design of the project, which allows for the inclusion of details such as the wooden shelving unit complementing the fixed modules. Colorful dishes and state-of-the-art appliances are intentionally transformed into standout pieces, in front of the carpentry and MDF panels.

Living room by the architect - Graziele de Souza. The classic composition is full of details that mark the architect's projects. Wall lights, boiseries, gold tones and the combination of wood with other materials bring harmony and balance.

04/41 -

Wine Bar - Ana Carolina Melo and Fabio Bubniak. The complexity of the project was creating spaces to accommodate and display the wide variety of wines. A metal shelf solved the challenge, structured around the wine refrigerator. Likewise, bowls were incorporated into the ambience above the counters, saving space. In fact, their combination gained new appeal, thanks to the large glass box with ice displaying some labels.

Cozy Office - 3P Studio. More than a home office, it is a room for fitness, relaxation and well-being. The Cozy area is located next to the fireplace, which is decorated in green and white tones to provide even more tranquility. Comfort was the key to choosing the super soft armchair, poufs, blankets and everything else to help you unwind.

25_Garden of Legends-Leticia Vieira and Claudio Saladini-ccsc2019
06/41 -

Jardim das Lendas - Leticia Vieira and Claudio Saladini. The freedom of nature comes integrated with the comfort of the urban environment. Antagonistic concepts, but which can coexist in a balanced way, as in this space embraced by vegetation and comfortable furniture.

20_Unplugged Room-Ana Luiza Tomasi-ccsc2019
07/41 -

Unplugged Bedroom - Ana Luiza Tomasi. Disconnect and escape the idea of a perfect life. The space reinforces the message that the best can be found in the simplest materials and compositions, which express the essential. The wood-paneled walls and the entire architecture create a welcoming and protective atmosphere. To bring even more comfort, the headboard was upholstered and covered in checkered fabric, with a retro charm.

19_brothers' room-talita and tici-ccsc2019
08/41 -

Brothers' Room - Talita Abraham and Tici Tieppo. The 37 m² space was designed for a six-year-old girl and a three-year-old boy, who share the experience of sharing the same room. The project encourages conviviality and respect for individuality through specific decoration solutions. The loose furniture designed by the duo can accompany children's different stages. And more: awareness in the choice of materials, such as cotton fabrics and sustainable wall coverings.

BasementUnilux
09/41 -

Unilux Basement - Beatriz Zeglin, Mariana Maisonnave, Arthur Lins, Felipe Finger and Vitor Sadowski. A basement, a redefined space. Revealed in layers during the restoration process, the gloom gives way to lights that enhance the preservation of the listed property. Solid brick walls and arches reveal the construction techniques of the time – contrasted with concrete retaining walls and a sofa that permeates and integrates the environment. Present and past in dialogue, in a contemporary intervention that promotes encounter. A basement conversation, between the new and the old, between light and shadow, between silence and musical notes. An environment that respects history and provides experiences that value the now.

37_Gourmet Pizzeria-Allan Chierighini and Graziella Oliveira-CCSC2
10/41 -

Gourmet Fish Market - Allan Chierighini and Graziella Oliveira. The duo didn't have to look far to find their inspiration. Local fishing and traditional island cuisine are the inspiration for this 30 m² space, where natural wood predominates. The gradient blue and the moving ceiling add lightness, together with the lighting that combines direct and indirect effects to enhance shapes and materials. The space includes a healthy food preparation area, a live display and an exhibitor of artistic tableware developed especially for the project.

09_Milano Courtyard_Tais-Giovani-Luiz-ccsc2019
11/41 -

Pátio Milano - Tais Marchetti Bonetti, Giovani Bonetti and Luiz Fernando Zanoni. With 560 m², the idea is for the space to become a meeting point inspired by the diversity of gastronomy. Metal, wood and concrete tones make up the architecture of the space, which takes on an industrial feel. The layout expands the possibilities of using the space, offering everything from lounges to tables of various types: communal, bistro and conventional.

27_Aurora-Blue-Allan Chierighini and Graziella Oliveira_ccsc2019
12/41 -

Aurora Blue - Allan Chierighini and Graziella Oliveira. The brightness observed in the night skies in the polar regions, in the authors Boreal and Austral, is the creative spark of this space. It combines symbolism, energy and technology, in an interactive proposal. The large surfaces were accentuated with striking materials and mixtures. Therefore, the furniture takes on a more neutral look, without losing sight of the comfort.

14_Caffé DOro-Young Bez Delpizzo and Cristiana Bez Delpizzo-CCSC2019
13/41 -

Giovani Bez Delpizzo and Cristiana Bez Delpizzo - Caffé D'Oro. Coffee was the favorite drink of the professionals' great-grandfather, who chose it as their inspiration. In keeping with this concept, the color palette of the space is based on earthy tones mixed with gold, which harks back to the times when coffee was considered the Brazilian gold. The clean look of the carpentry allowed the functional area to be concentrated basically in the niche with a marble background.

Anthropo - Living Carolina and Daniel Ghizi (2)
14/41 -

Antropo-Living - Carolina Zettermann de Almeida and Daniel Medeiros Ghizi. The contemporary style expressed in the office's architecture immerses the proposed living room and emphasizes the concept of complete architecture, which sees no distinction between interior and exterior. It is a search for complex harmony between the correspondences and particularities of each use, function and aesthetic result: guidelines that guide the office's projects. The proposal for the Living Room is supported by the anthropological essence. The layout encourages encounters and prioritizes human interaction over individualism. The potential use of materials in their natural form configures the language of the project, providing a mix of textures combined with art and design.

Fruit shop - Guilherme Garcia. The grocery store, in addition to healthy foods, is also a place to enjoy exclusive drinks. All products are displayed around its perimeter, using a central island, side tables and a shelf that takes advantage of the column, to vary the compositions and products on display. 36_Burger Dream-3P Studio_CCSC2019
17/41 -

Burger Dream - 3P Studio. With a unique façade, the project highlights the straight lines, the railing, the black and white and the blue color of the restaurant's first location. Black slatted panels frame and highlight the large display window to the kitchen, where the movement of the blue lines breaks up the formality of the white volumes. Note that the large Silestone counter was installed diagonally to, once again, create movement and reflect the dynamism of the operation from the very beginning.

19/41 -

Pizza for everyone - Sandra Coral, Julia Zanette, Rodrigo Martins Gheller. The layout is designed so that the customer can follow the entire pizza production process. The island kitchen is seen through the glass screen. Visibility also applies to the architecture, which exposes the original structure of the building, such as the slab, pipes and raw walls. A large gabion wall was also built on the wall that goes up to the ceiling, filled with reused wood from construction supports. Materials that were already original to the brand - OSB, the black metal structure and the panel of small firewood - now share space with contemporary stainless steel.

38_Meat Shop-Tauan Zanetta-CCSC2019
20/41 -

Meat Boutique - Tauan Zanetta. The old meat markets have a history, and this is mentioned several times in the project. It is no coincidence that the choice of natural materials focused on wood, brick and burnt cement, along with metal grills and fluted glass that give the place a contemporary touch. The combination of these elements achieves a familiar, cozy and at the same time modern feeling, providing a unique experience.

07_Journalist's Space-Lucas Vitorino and Chara Yene Kokowise_CCSC2019
22/41 -

Journalist's Space - Lucas Vitorino and Chara Yene Kokowise. A few good pieces of furniture by Brazilian designers represent the nobility of simplicity in this 26 m² office. Its lines, many of them sinuous, contrast with the rational design of the bookshelf and the brise-soleils on the side wall. The result is balanced, combining the contemporary design with the nostalgia of classic and traditional objects linked to the world of communication.

05_Cloud-Nine-Gabriel Bordin_CCSC2019
23/41 -

Cloud Nine - Gabriel Bordin. Being in the clouds, where time flies by. A feeling that comes from light and ethereal colors and elements, starting with the large panel created from pocket springs. Low, indirect lighting, furniture with fluid lines and surfaces that exude comfort bring a more than welcome coziness. The concrete was revealed on the slab, in an interesting contrast that enhances the composition.

The black faucets enhance and are an element of contrast.

22_Albergo Suite-Gabriela Herde-ccsc2019
25/41 -

Albergo Suite - Gabriela Herde. The architect had in mind the New York lofts of the 1950s. The idea was to create an inhabited factory, with industrial elements, works of art, writing on the walls and intelligent solutions for integrated spaces. Here, the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room occupy the same space and each one takes the lead depending on the moment.

23_Green Hug_Benedito Abbud_CCSC2019
27/41 -

Green Hug at Casarão Hercílio Luz - Benedito Abbud. The architect from São Paulo imagined a garden that would enhance the value of the property, without hiding the historic mansion that houses part of the event. This intention explains the preference for more linear, horizontal landscaping and with small species. A simplicity that only enhances the striking design of the house. The lighting highlights the different levels and directs the eye to contemplate the combination of vegetation and architecture.

With this in mind, the best way to welcome people is to tell them a little about this process and the history of this emblematic place. 06_Co-Space-Barbara Ramos and Maria Eduarda Brandão-CCSC2019
30/41 -

Co-Space for Architects and Designers - Barbara Ramos and Maria Eduarda Brandão. The work environment and informal meetings also serve moments of decompression. Instagrammable, the box that surrounds the entire space and creates visual unity was dyed pink. The perfect contrast is the color green, inserted through the ficus trees, ferns and boa constrictors that give life to the place. The modular sofa makes the room versatile, in the same vein as the shelves and metal screen that make the walls more functional.

39_Purple Bowl-Guilherme Garcia-ccsc2019
31/41 -

Purple Bowl - Guilherme Garcia. The atmosphere is original and unexpected, when you think of an açaí restaurant, and creates a space where the customer feels like they are in their home kitchen. The project grows around the island in granite - a material that uses waste from marble factories. The ceiling height was lowered with the wooden structure, which softens the lighting and creates a more welcoming scale. The idea was to bring light and recyclable materials, which align with the trend and need for sustainability in architecture.

(Lio Simas)
Two eras meet in the 2019 edition of CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis . On one side, the new multifunctional development Cidade Milano; on the other, the restored mansion where former governor Hercílio Luz (1860-1924) lived, a property listed as a historical heritage site. The 40 projects, developed by 70 professionals, are distributed across these two locations and complement each other, in a bridge that connects the future and the memories of the capital. Two forces that manifest themselves in various ways in the exhibition spaces. An important idea is visibility, thought of in a broad way. Everything is more visible, in environments without visual barriers, which allow for more intense coexistence. And also in the more direct exposure of materials in architecture, in peeled slabs, in exposed concrete and natural textures very evident in stones, wood and fibers. The colors follow the truth of these raw materials and recall the surrounding sea, in shades of sand contrasting with blues and greens. Sustainability is another demonstration of transparency, in more ethical choices, construction innovations and diverse initiatives of reuse.

Reflections on the city

One of the headquarters of CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis is a gift to the capital. The Casa de Hercílio Luz was built in 1848 and belonged to the politician from Santa Catarina, who lived there until his death in 1924. At the time, the entire area around the square - known as Banco Redondo - was outside the urban perimeter, and the house was located on a farm. The property was listed in 2002, but only three years ago the restoration project was started by Milano Incorporadora, also responsible for the development built next door. The inauguration of the renovated property will take place together with CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis and it will now receive the public for guided tours. The Cidade Milano, a multifunctional real estate complex, is the other venue chosen for the exhibition. Inside it, the Pátio Milano mall houses several spaces in the service wing and also in the gastronomic area, with 10 attractions that offer gastronomic options to visitors for the first time. It is with this atmosphere of novelty and nostalgia, which makes us reflect on the occupation of the city and the importance of preserving its memories, that CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis reveals itself to the public once again. CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis 2019 When?
Tuesday to Friday, from 3pm to 9pm. Saturdays and holidays, from 1pm to 9pm. Sundays, from 1pm to 7pm. The event is closed on Mondays. Where? Milano City Development - Av.
