2017: The Room - Lídia Maciel. Simple and sophisticated, The Room invests in a few good elements, such as an Italian leather sofa, velvet armchairs and a Tabriz rug on a parquet floor with a Versailles design.

2016: Velvet - Lidia Maciel. The softness of the velvet gives the coordinates of the project, developed according to visual axes and the rectilinear layout of the 1940 mansion. The brushed marble floor dialogues with the 5m high walls, covered largely with suede, and which are also dressed by linen curtains. In the dining room, 14 Louis XIV chairs complement the lacquer table. Two canvases by artist Shirley Paes Leme finish.

2016: For reading and drinking - Luiz Sentinger. The custom-made deck is made of garapeira and finished with black enamel. It centralizes all the functions of the SPA, including a 50-jet hydromassage, waterfall and chromotherapy, by Axell.

2017: Superloft - Luiz Sentinger: next to the blue bookshelf, the red sofa here fills the vibrant color palette, in a colorful space, yes, but very balanced and full of sophistication.

2016: Life Escape - Rafael Kroth. Graphic patterns and contrasting tones are the focus of the project, where the highlight is the French Port Laurent marble wall. Italian artwork and lighting fixtures by designer Jasper Morrison round it off.

2017: Rooftop - Fernando Thunm. Stone, water and wood are the primary elements in the three environments. One of them is the lounge on the deck, protected by wooden umbrellas. There you can watch the fire burning on the stone base, illuminating the jabuticabeira tree that is the protagonist of the space. The pool covered with porcelain tiles that reproduces concrete tones is one of the new features.

2016: English Garden - Fernando Thunm. The English garden traditionally breaks with the symmetry and linearity of French and Italian gardens. In it, Fernando added points of interest such as fountains and the gazebo, with wooden trellises in old green. The space houses the dining table with a large sideboard, on the checkered floor.

2017: Home Office - Ana Hnszel and Marcelo Polido. Skineer stone, in 60x120cm sheets, covers a large part of the space, which in addition to the office includes a living room with a fireplace. The material inspires the color palette that tends towards natural, used in fabrics, wood and furniture that affirm the contemporary vocation of the project.

2016: “Ar Deco” - Ana Hnszel and Marcelo Polido. “It’s not a reinterpretation, but just an inspiration, an air,” say the duo, who opted for a predominance of wood panels, stage lighting and variations of brown and gray that provide a cozy feel. The white floor provides a counterpoint, with porcelain tiles reminiscent of Carrara and Calacatta marble. A piano and bronze mirrors finish off the look, recreating the deco atmosphere.
