Rooftop At Viverone - Larissa Palma Dias and Cristiane Bergesch. The urban environment is interpreted through their artistic expressions. The vegetation of Brazilian species connects graffiti interventions to other works, in a proposal that also looks to the past, by restoring the original deck and recovering the wooden slats. A highlight is the 16-meter-long panel by artist Marcelo Pax.

Rooftop - Fernando Thunm. Stone, water and wood are the primary elements in the three environments. One of them is the lounge on the deck, protected by wooden umbrellas. There you can watch the fire burning on the stone base, illuminating the jabuticabeira tree that is the protagonist of the space. The pool covered with porcelain tiles that reproduces concrete tones is one of the new features.

Patent of the 21st Century - Studio Marcelo Oliveira. Toilets in the last century consisted of a structure separate from the house used as a bathroom. “The sanitary ware brought from England had the inscription 'Patented' stamped on it. That's how they became known in the south of Brazil”, says the professional. Today, the inspiration takes on a technological and irreverent air, where concrete, wood and cement dictate the rhythm. Street Loft - Sandro Jasnievez. The 96m² asymmetrical plan is full of curves, angles, pillars and a free shaft of orthodox divisions. The central fireplace in Grigio Cárnico marble is the dividing element, which supports the screen with film on glass - it can be seen from all angles of the room. The space also explores several levels on the wooden deck, where the contemporary four-poster bed is also located.

In the background, the Cinética Line covering (Solarium) is inspired by sunshades, suggesting movement according to the incidence of light.

The nobility of marble and the simplicity of bamboo combine thanks to the common neutral tones. Vitrine Raízes Kitchen - Jéssica dos Santos and Vanessa Aguiar. Art Deco meets the rusticity of Rio Grande do Sul in this project. The Ouro (Formica) coverings and the curved island, also in gold, complement the Toscana bricks and the armchair carved from natural wood. To balance things out, there is straight and functional carpentry in graphite tones.

Home Office of the Couple - Carol Fernandes Heck and Gustavo Heck. Two workstations were organized side by side and, between them, the meeting table with touch TV was positioned. Classic Office - Suellen Ribeiro. The classic style was refined to achieve functionality, preserving the imperial character of the lacquer furniture, with rounded and chamfered details. The Dining Room - Johnny Thomsen. The 30m² space is delimited by walls with laser-cut inverted boiseries and two screens by Aristeu Pires, who also created the table with a Corian top. The blue lacquered sideboard was fixed, framed by the iron structure and wallpaper by Yana Svetlova for Manjabosco. On the floor, Copaíba blades were scraped to bring an antique look.

The material, with scratch-resistant technology, covers all the furniture, with automated drawers and doors - the pantry cabinets come down from the overhead cabinet with a simple operation. On the central island, the Vitória Régia stone from Minas Gerais gives it a noble air. For warmth, natural leather stools and wooden flooring.

Baby Suite - Mariana Fogliato. A genderless and very Brazilian space, inspired by the modernist Tarsila do Amaral. On the ceiling, the 3cm skirting boards by Santaluzia, painted in green, reduce the scale of the ceiling height. Next to the crib, the wallpaper was punctuated with fiber optic lights. The Gisele rocking chair in cotton rope is by Aristeu Pires, who also designed the Tarsila coat rack.

Living Jovem - Paula Schwartz. A room for family fun. The environment seeks interaction between children and friends, parents and grandparents. Through the exchange of attractive activities such as games, instruments, books, sports, stand up and skateboarding. The setting has an underground vibe, which is related to the form of expression through the arts, mainly through contemporary urban culture. The urban aspect is demonstrated in the industrial style that is the basis of the environment.

On the walls, natural wood panels and concrete walls, with a reinterpretation of vernacular techniques, contrast with the soapstone countertop, a material chosen for its connection with art and cuisine. In the background, the Moulin Rouge marble, reddish with green streaks, stands out like a work of art. In its 26th edition, CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul bets on a plurality of references and transforms the spaces of Petrópole Tênis Clube for the second consecutive year. In addition, the rooftop of the Hotel Laghetto Viverone Moinhos was also renovated and can be visited during business hours, until August 27th. One word sums up this year's climate : eclecticism. He is part of the team of professionals, which mixes established names and talents making their debut, in addition to bringing inspiration in various styles across the 44 projects, which occupy 3,600 m². Main bets Scandinavian and industrial, which bring the truth of materials - especially iron and concrete -, are still present.
